Everyone in the office is very friendly. I have had no problems with them. I love the community. It is very quiet around here and is very conveniently located near downtown. I think the rent rate is reasonably priced. I would recommend this community to a friend looking for a place.

I lived here for 3 and a half years and a lot changed in that time. When I moved in it was still called Eagle Rim and they had a very nice office staff. My rent at that time for a 2bed 2bath was $ 920 a month. Nothing had been rennovated so it was still all the old 80’s appliances but they worked just fine. I had no complaints. Having a washer and dryer in your apartment is definitely a huge help. Then they were taken over by Essex and became Elevation Apartments. The office staff changed repeatedly. Some of them were friendly, some were not. Once they started rennovating everything, my rent went up every time I resigned. When I finally moved out I was paying $ 1400 a month for the same unit I had been in for nearly 4 years. $ 480 is a pretty big increase in rent, but that was pretty much the only draw back.
The grounds are very clean and well cared for. The gym and pool are in good shape. The office staff that was there when I left last year could use some work. The manager Haris is pretty much the only person who knows what he’s doing. Any time I’d call the office or go in there, I’d get no help from anyone except Haris. It got to the point where I wouldnt even bother trying to talk to anyone else, I would just say «When does Haris get in? Great I’ll come back when he’s here.»
Honestly I was really happy here and would not have moved if I didnt have to relocate to a new state. Even the neighbors were very nice. I definitley recommend it.

I stayed at Elevation apartments for nearly 3 years. Below is what impressed me the most:
1. Service: Always prompt, excellent service for any maintenance issue
2. Management: Friendly, available and very co-​operative. Never had an issue
3. Cleanliness: Landscaping done in a timely manner keeping the apartment complex clean and green. Efficient removal and handling of garbage keeps surroundings very clean
4. Greenery: The complex is surrounded by trees and plants, thereby keeping the tenants close to nature
5. Parking: Never had issue with parking. Lots of open spots available
6. Cleaning during snow: Management was very quick in cleaning up the common areas so that the way is cleaner for driving
7. Swimming/​Gym: Area is very clean for those who are interested
8. Appliances: Renovated modern appliances gives the apartment a new look
There are no drawbacks that I have seen in my 3 years, which rates me this complex 5 stars.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months and it has been perfectly fine. The complex is neat, clean, and close by downtown Redmond. The staff are friendly and have always responded to me in a timely manner. I haven’t had any huge problems with my apartment or issues with packages being delivered to me (and I order a decent amount of them) if that evens out some of the other reviews. The rent rate isn’t amazing but I think it’s pretty fair.
A nice affordable apartment close by downtown Redmond and a short drive from Seattle is what I was looking for and Elevation certainly delivered.

I was actually very happy living here. I am not usually a fan of the gigantic corporate housing places who just like to steal your money and not give you anything in return, but this apartment complex that was recently bought by Essex is actually quite nice.
I lived here from March of 2011 to February of 2012. In the summer of 2010 the complex (formerly Eagle Rim) was bought out by Essex, in the process they went through and updated every apartment. For $ 1140 for a 2 bedroom, 900 sq foot apartment, with brand new updated interiors and nice amenities near downtown Redmond, it really is a steal.
All of the staff, including the Manager Megan, the leasing consultant Nicole, and the maintenance men Nate and Tito are all really nice, and they really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.
Sadly, I had to move out because of personal problems, but overall even the move out process was quick and painless. I had a low deposit, and because of some pet stains on the carpet, and a few dings on the walls, I didn’t get any of my deposit back, but I honestly wasn’t expecting any.
The complex has a pool, hot tub, and a small gym located near the office. Overall it’s a great apartment community in Redmond. The prices are a bit high for me, but for the area are actually quite reasonable. The washer and dryer is a great amenity, and I really loved the granite counter tops in the bathroom and kitchen.
One thing I didn’t like was the fact that WSG wasn’t included in the rent, and because it was essentially split between the entire community, was actually quite expensive. They also have an added $ 20 a month pet rent, but are very pet friendly.
