Best service I’ve received in a long time. They took great care of me when I came in with an overheating VW. The guys really make you feel comfortable and confident leaving your vehicle with them. They even gave me a ride back to work, AND came to pick me up when the car was ready. I’ll be taking my car to AA from now on. Love these guys.

extremely professional and knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. i was given a complete explanation of the repairs needed in advance of the work, and when the vehicle was ready aa auto had their driver collect me at my home and take me back to the shop. i will certainly be a repeat customer, something i promise myself each time i use aa auto of redmond. mike, brad, cyrus ~ all were extremely helpful, making the pain of needing a repair a little bit «not so bad.» added bonus: aa auto washed my car better than my kids ever have!

Clean, reliable, fast, honest, thorough, friendly. Not the cheapest, but they diagnose and fix/​maintenance right the first time so you don’t have to return to spend more money. They’re not condescending toward women nor do they try to get over on us. Love this place.

This was my first time servicing my car @ AA and the service was very good. Pricing was fair and the final bill came in @ 20 bucks less than what was quoted.

I’ve been driving by AA Auto for years, and it wasn’t until a friend raved about them that I took my car in and wow — You never get the feeling that an auto repair shop is not out to soak you, but I feel like Michael and his crew actually care about you and do what they can to minimize the cost while doing great work. I highly recommend them and will be going to them from now on. Great experience!

I have been a loyal customer of AA Auto for over 10 years now. I recently purchased a 1991 Volvo 240 wagon, which is a great older car but definitely needed work. AA was my immediate go-​to and as usual they did not disappoint. They conducted a thorough assessment of the car and did the repairs with their usual care and attention to detail. Both Brad and Mike stayed in contact with me, keeping me up to date on progress. The cost was not cheap but neither was it over the top. These guys are worth every penny and they have done right by me every time.
Awhile later I swung by with an oil leek, which they fixed for free along with replacing the oil I’d lost. The customer service at AA is absolutely excellent. Brad and Mike are friendly and accessible and very knowledgeable. Cy, a mechanic who has been there for years, is a highly capable expert in his craft and I trust him implicitly. These guys have been nothing but reliable, accessible and honest ever since I showed up at their shop a decade ago. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

I’m super suspicious of repair shops and try to do as much work as I can myself. I was in a crunch this time so looked on Unilocal.Upon calling AA, everyone was friendly (not an automated phone) and were able to fit me in the next day, even offering their shuttle service.
Dropped off my Tahoe, not long after Michael calls to let me know whats wrong and the options. We agree on a go forward and he calls me to update me along the way to confirm we we on track with the repairs and whether I would have my rig back the same day. Sure enough it was as agreed. Michael did give me a discount and I had a Unilocal coupon too. they were gracious about both and I was in-​n-​out in no time, same day and had a fixed rig.
Usually can’t ask for OR get more that. I paid more than I had budgeted but it was worth the peace of mind, I’ll be going back there and recommending AA when it comes up.

Our vehicles are so important. As a new dad with two little ones, I need to have a mechanic I can trust and rely on that delivers high quality repairs. AA Auto has been that mechanic for my family. What really impressed me was how they handled some recent troubles I’ve had with my Nissan Pathfinder. Michael, the service technician, dug into my car history, understood all of the work that had been done before and realized exactly what the problem was and what was happening. More so, he was honest about what was going on, explaining it in clear English and more importantly realizing that other repairs were not done up to a high quality bar! He was honest with me about that and ensured that he figured out a way to get the work done the right way without a charging me again for work that should have been done the right way the first time. That’s what I call amazing service. Between how Michael handled this situation, the continuous friendly, awesome customer service, and reliable updates, AA auto remains my go to mechanic for all my vehicles!

I had my first appointment with this shop yesterday. I was there because my car’s AC stopped working. My car is a little older and I am looking for a repair shop that isn’t the dealership. Overall I had a good experience. They were friendly and courteous. The shuttle service was great. They kept me informed on progress in a timely manner.
As for the repair, it turned out the compressor was shot, but they were able to replace it with original manufacturer’s parts and get it back to me the same day. I didn’t give it 5 stars mostly because this was my first time with them. As I get more experience with them I’m sure I can do another review with more stars. :)

I’ve been going here for years and won’t take my car anywhere else. They are reasonable priced, honest and customer service focused. All things that are typically hard to find at an auto center. Michael, the service manager, was great — personable and friendly and very helpful in checking me in quickly, keeping me updated throughout the process, and making sure I understood everything he was explaining. Great place — highly recommend.

My family and I come here for everything. It’s a great group of guys with their pricing. They make good when everything goes according to plan or not…
I’ve had major work done here and I’m loyal. You’ll get no better service anywhere else.
They did something called a ‘cam adjust solenoid.’ Going on a trip this weekend so we’ll see how well it holds up… If I don’t post again then everything went OK!

I called with car trouble and they got me in the same day. They had a loaner for me and my car was done the next day. They were excellent mechanics and friendly too. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. The owner is a quality man, with a great deal of integrity.
I’ve been going here for about 16 years now; since I moved to the area, not much has changed in that time, a lot of the same quality staff. This is a straight forward, honest auto shop; expect straight forward answers. Auto repair isn’t cheap; but they’ve done well with my Corolla, Suburban and other vehicles.

All car work done here from now on. These guys really know what they’re doing and always do it well. This place deserves five stars whether people say so or not, you cant beat skilled, honest mechanics simply looking to fix your vehicle up and send you on your way. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get just about any car work done. Thank you aa auto for your service and reliability it makes a difference :)

Try to give them some business. First walk in, two guys set at front desk with no greeting! (They both not on the phone or with anyone). Not really Friendly! I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Bad Experience! This place is full of joke. If u a smart person don’t spend your money here!

I’m a 22 year old female and have been told by my Dad always be careful of auto repair shops. This is the first time going to a shop without my Dad helping me. My experience here was way better than I ever expected. Cliff was super patient and nice to me. He explained what was wrong with my car and gave me a couple different options based on my budget. I got the work done and had my car back the same day, they even gave me a ride back to my work and picked me up. The guy who drove me was very nice too. Over all my experience was awesome. I called my Dad afterwards and told him not all shops are scary!

I went here for the first time today and I must say I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of service I received. I hate going to the auto shop but this time I felt like I found a shop that really cares about doing the right thing. I came in for 60k service on my Toyota Tacoma. They printed a list for me from the factory of all the items that were recommended. But when they did the inspection they found that a big part of the items on the list didn’t need to be replaced. I was so happy they didn’t just try and sell me a bunch of work.
I worked with Brad who was very nice and explained everything very well. Also my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up… bonus!
I will defiantly be back and strongly recommend this place.

I’ve never been to this shop, but I just had a great experience with them…
I live about an hour from Redmond. June 2015 I was thinking about buying a used car up there. The owner agreed to take it to AA for a pre-​buy inspection, which I was happy to pay for.
The inspection revealed a bunch of nit-​picky problems I’d expect in a used vehicle. It also uncovered at least one major issue unknown to both the car owner and myself. Cliff, the AA manager, sent me an EM about it; I called him and he explained everything. Nothing earth-​shattering but something I just couldn’t afford to deal with right now. Based on this I told the car owner (who fortunately was a really nice guy) I couldn’t afford to both buy the car and do the suggested repairs.
Cliff was very timely and thorough setting up the appointment, doing the work, explaining to me what was wrong. I was completely pleased with his services; he saved me from getting in over my head. I recommend AA Auto without reservation.

This place is my go to place for my car and my husbands! They get us in same day and always take such great care of us. If they can’t get our car back same day then they get us a discount on a rental so we aren’t stranded. Amazing customer service and they never disappoint ever!
