They are CHEATERS. My car was making cranking noise when I turn the wheel. Took into the garage because their reviews were like perfect. They told me the problem is with power steering leakage somewhere. Showed me the pipe where it was leaking and estimated $ 300 — $ 400 for replacing it. Since the car was already up in air and I felt obligated (my own feeling) to reward them for inspecting, I said okay you can do it. Three hours later he calls me and says oh I have replaced the pipe but that did not fix the problem. I need to replace the pump and that would cost $ 700 (WTF). That didnt sound right, so told them to pack the car. I took it to my previous mechanic, he said the problem is with reservoir and fixed it for just $ 300. The car runs perfectly now.
I lost my $ 340 to this garage and feel cheated, but there is so little I can do about that. The guys look nice, talk nice but its a trap. Also, first time they told me they can drop me and pick me up at my home (1.5 miles from this garage). When they guy dropped me, he said «Oh, there is too much traffic in the evening, can you take cab or something in evening …» WTF, you should have told me upfront.

We have been using these guys for years, they even evaluated our car before we bought it and then have maintained it since.
Friendly guys, great service, good prices.
Very honest, never had any issues and I’m pretty particular when it comes to mechanics we use.

Amazing people! There is no place out there like these guys.
I took my Audi to these guys for years and they always fixed the problem for a great price. They even drove my car around for a few days once to make sure it was running properly. You can’t find trustworthy people who stand behind their work like this anywhere. Not only do they fix your car for a fair price, but they are the nicest people. They will take the time to explain what is happening with your car and are always cheerful.
After I traded in my Audi for my Ford truck I figured it was time to find a new mechanic thinking that they wouldn’t work on my truck. I went to 4 other places and they each told me a different story about a break problem I was having with it. I finally decided I couldn’t trust anybody and called West Works back. Apparently they have no problem working on my Ford too and thank God because I never want to have to go anywhere else ever again. They are fixing my truck up as I type and I know I can trust that it will be done right.

These guys are fantastic with cars! I took my car there to get a ties rods replaced and a VSS replaced, I couldn’t be more pleased with the end results. You’d be hard pressed to find a place just as good!

I wish that there was a way to explain how fantastic these guys are. Safe for having your uncle fix your car, this is as close as it gets to that family feeling. They are very understanding, friendly and, get this… HONEST! Not only do they tell you what the real problem is, but they tell you how to fix it! ITS AMAZING! If you have a Euro car do not go anywhere else, especially not Eastside European unless you like getting screwed out of thousands of dollars and being lied to!
These guys restored my faith in humanity! Not exaggerating at all!

Been with them for a few years so I figured it was time to put my review in. They are always fair and upfront about all their services. They have a bbq in the summer too.

These guys are amazing. Francis and Matt know what they are doing and they do more than just German and Japanese cars. I have taken my car (Ford Focus) to 3 other shops and they have over charged me and I wasn’t happy with their work and then I found these guys and couldn’t be happier. They are detailed in explaining the work that your car needs :) Thanks guys-​you rock!

I took my mid-90’s Volvo (& later 90’s Audi) to the shop w/​out much notice, Matt and Francis did a great job getting it squared away for much less than the others guys had quoted. The car ran great, I had it up and down the west coast after the repair. They are really solid, smart guys who do a great job.

Matt and Francis are magicians with German and Japanese cars. After three visits to other shops, these guys had it figured out and fixed in no time. I’m not letting anyone else touch my Audi.
