Lydia was recommended to me by a friend whose hair always looks great. Wow, she did not disappoint! I can honestly say the color is the best I’ve had. Ever. She listened to me and then gave me her professional opinion. The results were beyond my high expectations. As for the cut, my hair has never looked better! Bonus: when she styled it, I didn’t want to brush it out when I got to my car, which is what I’m used to doing. Her skills are SUPERB. Lydia has given my hair a whole new lease on life!

I’ve been coming to Miranda for a couple years and she’s always listened to what I wanted and my hair turns out great.

My old stylist no longer work the days I’m available, so I’m again on the search for a new stylist. Bought a groupon and got a haircut from Krystal. She took the time to listen to what I want (a change from long to short) and gave me a very cute bob! I loved it and got lots of compliments. Thanks Krystal.

This is a horribly run business. I experienced nothing but disappointment. I purchased a Groupon coupon. After weeks of emaling & phone messages that were never returned, I complained to Groupon & stylist Krystal Dobbins finally emailed me to schedule an appointment. I showed up for my appointment 2 days ago & no one was there. The salon was closed & the lights were turned off. After waiting for 15″ I left, fuming. Needless to say, I contacted Groupon to get a refund. I have no desire whatsoever to let this woman cut my hair.
There is no receptionist so you can call all you want, but you’ll never be able to get in touch with anyone. The pre-​recorded phone message recommends scheduling on line, however, the scheduling software is NOT working. This business obviously doesn’t care about its existing customer base or attracting new customers. There are many other hair salons to choose from (my favorite is Obadiah in Bellevue). Save yourself time & trouble & go somewhere else.

Lydia Wetmore and her staff provide excellent customer service and the professional haircare is second to none.

I get that people can get overwhelmed when they do a Groupon deal but I had an appointment waited over an hour and Krystal never showed up! So the salon called me I got another appointment for 1^st thing the next day well guess what Krystal didn’t show up again 2 days in a row but this time I had to wait outside in the freezing cold! Thanks for wasting my time and gas money! I get maybe missing the first day I guess she looked at the schedule wrong and went to the gym but missing the second day NO EXCUSE AT ALL! Yeah I can get my money back from groupon but that still won’t make up for the 2 hours I wasted! Don’t go here unless you like wasting your time Krystal is very overwhelmed and the salon is no help hope you enjoy working with someone that is going to make you all look bad!

Same thing happend to me. I purchased a groupon and excited to try the place, especially this place is very close to my home. Unfortunately I have to get a refund from groupon.
They rejected my appointment on their website. I called and left message to Krystal Dobbins. Nothing happened, I have to email them again to find out why. She emailed me back and let me make another appointment within her available dates. I did. Today is the 11^th day since I emailed her. I heard nothing from her. Have to get a refund. I DO NOT recommand her business.

I recently bought a Groupon to this salon and was excited to try the place after checking out their website. I did the online booking and was rejected for the appointment time. I was told to call if I had any questions. I tried to call and the number on the email, website and google (all the same number) did not work. I had to email them back to ask for an explaination. I was told that the time slot was not available. I went back on the website to reschedule an appointment for a different time with a different stylist and the original time and stylist I had requested was still available. Needless to say I contacted Groupon to get a refund.

Krystal Dobbins is the best hair dresser I have been to. I have been seeing her for about 6 years now. I followed her from Beauty First when they closed down. Because she is worth it. I have her foil my hair every couple of months and it always looks so beautiful. One time I made the mistake of going somewhere else because I was out of town and it really made me appreciate what a great job that Krystal does. The foils are so natural and blend so well because she does a very meticulous job. Other people just make it look chunky and cheap. She was trained at Jean Juarez, so she has the mad skill without the crazy prices. Besides all that she is really sweet and really funny! I always leave there having laughed the whole time! Love her!

After my hairdresser of 5+ years moved to Texas I spent over 2 years searching for another that I liked. If you have a hairdresser that you have gone to for years you know how hard it is to replace them.
I finally found Lydia through a co-​worker and I LOVE HER! She is the best. I feel like after searching for years I found a keeper. She is competitively priced and does a great cut and color. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Best cut I have had in years and because I have super curly hair it is hard to find a hairdresser that doesn’t make it bottom heavy because they truly don’t know how to cut curly hair. I suggest Lydia to anyone that just hasn’t found the right hairdresser yet.

Lydia is the best. She does a wonderful job, and her cuts and colors and competitively priced– a great deal for the quality she consistently delivers. I followed her when she moved to G2. The atmosphere here is good.

I had some minor issues with their site so i walked in and asked for a haircut. They got me right in with Monica. I explained my tale of woe about my last good hairdresser going to a ritzy expensive salon and two really bad haircuts since. She took several minutes to make sure she understood what i wanted and gave me an amazing haircut. Exactly what i wanted. 35 $ and worth every penny and i gave her a good tip too. I highly recommend this place.

Krystal just moved here from Beauty first. She is amazing and had affordable pricing. I shouldn’t tell everyone this because she is always busy.

New salon, walking distance from work and home, my stylist moved to Australia… why not?
My stylist was nice (Dannette). My hair looks as good as it did when I paid a truly ridiculous amount of money (3x more) and there was no super obnoxious high-​fashion atmosphere. I could actually hear my stylist talking to me instead of having someone yell in my ear over a DJ. Really, who needs a DJ when you’re getting a haircut?
It seemed to me that everyone working there are friendly with each other, giving it a very homey, comfortable feel. Why pay more when the crew at G2 can provide just as good as service at a convenient location while preserving your sanity and pocketbook? I’ll definitely be back.
