I absolutely love group health and advocate them whenever i am talking to someone about choosing health care providers.
That being said, i dislike the pharmacy for 1 very serious reason: availability. They are only open weekdays from 9 to 5:30 but closed fron 12:30 to 1:30. Its so difficult to find time away from my job to get the prescriptions, in fact we have picked up medicine a week or two late because its very difficult and we have medicine due every month. Others may not have this problem. I, as a single parent, have a very difficult time managing and am considering switching pharmacies so that in the future i dont have these restricted timelines. Id love to see weekend hours or extended evening hours made available for the pharmacy.

Most of the doctors and nurses here are great. We just keep running into the the incompetent ones!
A big benifit of GH is that you dont need to fill out a ton of paperwork, and you dont get nickel and dimed to death.
