Eryn Alpert is (supposedly) a doctor at Group Health. She and Group Health are both a joke. I went in on Memorial Day, and apparently Group Health is worse on holidays, bringing in staff that are the bottom of the barrel.
I waited an hour to be seen by someone for a virus and another complaint (to remain anonymous). Eryn Alpert saw me and all she could say was, «Take some Benadryl». She never addressed my second complaint and then she disappeared. She was supposed to bring back exit papers but never did, so we left.
I went to see my regular doctor a few days later, to be told what I had was very serious! The supposed doctor Alpert missed the diagnosis completely. Now Group Health is sending me a bill and after numerous letters to them and my insurance company complaining about this situation and the lack of care, they sent me to collection. I will NEVER pay for services not received, and especially that endangered my health vurther.
My advice: stay away from Group Health and especially this hack of a doctor. Go anywhere (Zoom Care), but don’t go to people who don’t treat you, ignore a serious illness and then charge you for it.

Kind of odd to be reviewing a medical facility, but if one is trying to decide which location to visit, this may come in handy.
First off, I have to admit that I had low expectations of a «managed» healthcare plan, but since the premiums were much more reasonable than the alternative, I opted for Group Health. I grew up using Kaiser Medical, which had horrible customer service, so being that Group Health is so similar, I had my reservations.
Having been a member now for about 6 months, I must say that I’m quite impressed with the level of service that I’ve received. Check-​ins at this facility are simple with their touchscreen (they also have humans sitting behind the desk should you opt for the personal touch).
The medical staff has been very pleasant and helpful on each of my visits. If this were a hotel, or restaurant, I’d give them 5 stars, but since I only visit when I’m not feeling well, they poke needles in me, and they don’t serve drinks, 4 stars is the best I can do.

Well I gave it a try. We signed up for Group Health’s best coverage plan that ran roughly $ 800 a month for the family. Out of state coverage for my daughter? SORRY, Emergency Clinic Coverage SORRY, Coverage with your previous PCP? SORRY. Website to view outstanding claims? SORRY site is down. Moving to Aetna. Never had so many medical bills not covered

I’ve been with Group Health for years, the service has gone down hill. I am not happy with them at all.
I go in there for an appointment, I try to ask them questions and it’s like they only allow you two questions per visit then you have to cough up another co-​pay.
The Doctors are’nt informative, their irritating, My family practice doctor had me to talk to a dietitian even though I did’nt have time to stay and she was the most annoying thing I’ve ever heard, it’s like I was listening to an automated message and could’nt hang up and to make it worse, she was really close to my face to make it even more uncomfortable.
I wanted to run out of the room because she was bombarding me and directly in my face.
Even my Daughters pediatrician does’nt answer basic questions I ask when I go in there. I feel like I pay for them to tell me stuff but I have no input and questions are an additional fee.

This is the best Group Health Facility there is.
