After a failed attempt at securing a different embroidery company, I came across A Custom Stich in Redmond. Angela completely helped me out in a bind in getting some shirts embroidered. Though probably not the most convenient method for her, she let me bring in some shirts that I had already purchased since I was crunched on time. Turn around time was about a week and a half, and the shirts came out nicely done. I will definitely be ordering from A Custom Stitch again. Customer service and ease of placing order hooked me!
