It’s a quite popular place among friends. It was my first time though. A nice ambience. Quite busy. We had to wait for a table– 15 mins. We were a big group of 7. We had a lot from soup to dessert. 3 in the group had vegetarian. Soups and appetizers were good. We each had a cup of soup. We ordered 4 appetizers for the table. Chicken dumplings were awesome. All loved it. Chilli fish was spicy for me and chicken 65 was good. Also corn machurian was good. Then we ordered 3 entrees– the vegetarian dishes — noodles and a curry were missing salt. Non veg dishes– chicken noodles– had less chicken and mixed fried rice — had all meat(chicken, lamb, shrimp) that was good. We all were full by this. Then one friend still motivated us for dessert. We had 2 chocolate mousses cake with ice cream for the table. We licked it. It was delicious. That’s for sure– can never go wrong with chocolate!!! finally the waiter did a good service — timely order and good refills with water. But he missed one fortune cookie and the pen finally while we had to sign our bills.

Horrible service. Horrible food. Mongolian Beef is over cooked. My friend’s order was wrong, she ordered vegetable egg rolls and got chicken. The table sauces were all sticky and some of the lids were broken. Not a good experience. No onsite manager available.

Service is quite terrible. At seven pm on a Tuesday, we were kept waiting standing for 20 minutes outside and then seated for at least 30. Waiting for a waiter to come by.

I’m giving it a 3 because the cuisine is pretty unique. Maybe not so much for Indians who are used to eating Indo-Chinese, but for many Americans this is a rather new experience. Asian style with an Indian twist is the best way I can describe it. Many of the dishes on the menu sound typical Chinese but flavors and ingredients are tweaked to the Indian palate. All of the diners were Indian too(well except for us). I found that interesting. For us, the place is simply too nice and they mark up prices to fit. I don’t know if I would call it fine dining but it is definitely nicer than casual. We felt a little out of place with our two kids although there were other diners in the place with even younger children. The prices are too high for the type of food received. It is unique and there are some very interesting items on the menu, but it boils down to $ 12 – 13 a plate for chow mein or fried rice. A small bowl of soup was $ 5(nothing in it). That doesn’t seem right. As for the food, it was up and down. The chicken chow mein was very bland. It was for the kids, but not being spicy doesn’t mean it has to be bland. We enjoyed the curry noodles. Very good flavor on that. I also ordered the vegetable coins in Manchurian sauce. This was completely new to me and an interesting fusion of Asian and Chinese. It was too saucy though and the little vegetable patties were fried. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known. Dishes could have used a lot more vegetables.

Liked that it reminded me totally of the Chinese food I ate back home. We liked the Chinese Bhel. Soups were hearty. Gobi machurian missed the mark as we got the saucy version. Schezuan Fried Rice tasted better after I brought it home and added a bit of salt and sautéed onions. I am gonna give it 3 stars. I might still go back there.

Lot issues: 1. Food quality has gone down and is very inconsistent — under cooked meat, different spice levels each time, taste a hit or miss for many items. 2. Poor management — takeouts are not given on time — they start making only once you get there to pick up(beating the whole purpose of take outs) 3. Some times they refuse to do take outs altogether. 4. Timings are based on their convenience — Although they advertise the timing as open for lunch till 2:30, we were refused to be seated at 2. It seems ‘we stop seating earlier than 2:30′. Then not sure why on earth they say they are open till 2:30! All in all it looks like they don’t really care about running the business well… which is surprising since when they started, they had 4+ stars in Unilocal, and now has got very worse.

We visited Inchin multiple times. Food taste, quality are very inconsistent. Specifically every time I do take out, I happened to have worse food. Latest experience was on yesterday. We ordered pan fried chilli fish /medium hot. We order this every time we go to Inchin. This time it was so so hot that(note that we used to relish same item) we had to throw away the food, taste was also just chilli paste taste, miserable. Other items like shredded lamb Peking was horrible. My parent visiting from India asked me: is it supposed to be a food from a good restaurant? Because even Indian Chinese street food is much better than this. For me this was one of the worst food I have ever ordered from any restaurant.

I Have been going there for a year food is good. Went there this week the paneer dish was really bad(Burnt) and noodles(were all stick) and horrible the garlic rice was dry. .Talked to the person serving food and was informed that they have a new chef as the old one is gone. They can do a better job with having a better chef /cook as this is supposed to be a national chain. Consistent food is a big thing for overall experience. This is the last time I went there .Will not recommend to anyone

The service was actually fine for the takeout vs what some have mentioned in their reviews. The person I placed my order with was polite and pick up was smooth… The food was so blah though I can’t believe how much we’ve spent on it :(… The chicken fried rice was refreshing to have basmati rice and not laden with oil but shocked there were no veggies and it was tasteless. The black pepper garlic chicken similar comment floating in a sauce with no taste. The cauliflower manchurian which is one of my favorite dishes had no balance at all and was simply spice(usually it is a nice balance between sweet and spicy). $ 60 later after take out we’re tossing the leftovers and definitely not going back here again. So disappointing since love Indo Chinese food but this is not it.

My first time in this restaurant — it is part of a nation wide chain of «Pan-Asian» cuisine. The reviews weren’t great and I can totally see why — the food is pure«Indo-chinese» and not Pan –Asian. We were immediately greeted at the front desk and taken to our table. It took them quite some time to take the orders and some more time to get food to the table, even though the restaurant was empty. We ordered a soup and a fish based appetizer which were pretty good. For the main courses, we shared the chop suey and hot garlic chicken, both of which I thought were excellent. If you want the pure Indian Chinese experience, this is the place to be! Just a word of caution, you may be disappointed if you are looking for the true Pan-Asian experience.

I’ve been to Inchin’s in Texas and liked at least the Indo-Chinese noodles there, so thought to try this Seattle location. Not too impressed with noodles, if you are a fan of Indo-Chinese. Noodles were pretty bland flavor wise(ordered Hakka noodles, which are anyways bland). To my surprise ordered burnt garlic fried rice which were really good with fresh shrimps. Highly recommend. Soup was below average and momos were okish. One time go for me.

Love this place when I’m craving some Indian Chinese(yes, that’s a cuisine). Love the veggie corn soup and momos. oh and you have to try the masala lemon soda.

The place is good with amazing ambience around. Masala soda is the best drink, the rice varieties are great as they are served with basmati. Schezuan fried rice and Thai fried rice were my favorite.

My current rating: 3.5! I have increased my rating from 3 to 3.5 due to the excellent attention towards valuable customers from the management. This made me feel welcomed and made me give this restaurant a second chance. We were helped right away as soon as we walked in. This time my hubby and I ordered: Chili chicken Fish Hong Kong Drum heaven Steamed rice The chicken wings were good and we enjoyed the sauce that it was stirred up in with the vegetables with it. Who knew my hubby would eat veggies?! So thank you for that. Chili chicken was alright. I feel like I need to make a HUGE suggestion to this restaurant. The best way for this chicken to taste good and more«chinese» is to fry the chicken with a nice coating of flour or corn starch. This gives it a little bit more oomph. Also, instead of having a water based curry, make the curry for the dish more thick. I’m very picky with my fishy but my hubby knows his fish inside out. I didn’t enjoy it at all as it wasn’t too cooked or flavorful for me. To me, adding soy sauce and raw veggies on top is NOT appealing. Please cook the veggies in a better sauce and then serve it. My husband would probably give the fish 3⁄5. Let’s just say, the Steamed rice was cooked excellent but then again I can just do that at home. Thank you so much for the management for sending us an incentive in the mail for trying it out but this was not my cup of tea. And will not be, unless the cook makes some changes. Good luck, peeps.

Food smells good. Looks good. But chicken was completely raw. Tastes bad. I called back to tell that chicken is raw and raw meat should not be served. They replied«we know raw is bad»

If you are an Indian and love the Chinese food made in Indian restaurants, you should go here because this is the closest you will find in the US. My favorite is the burnt garlic fried rice. I really wish they made burnt garlic noodles as well. If you like spicy food, order the chili garlic fried rice or the noodles. It is very close to the spicy noodles you get in Indian Chinese restaurants. Do not order the Singapore noodles unless you feel like eating south India lemon rice(here it’s just noodles instead of rice). All appetizers are great– my fav is the baby corn spice. Overall, it is a 3 star because the service is not great– especially on weekends since it is very crowded, and I would go here only when I crave for Indian Chinese food. For those who do not understand what Indian Chinese means– it is just noodles and fried rice and appetizers from the Chinese cuisine, cooked indian style(read– spicy)

I have been to three Inchin’s locations — Cleveland, Plano and this one. The quality in this location is good but a bit pricey compared to the other ones. Overall good food — appetizers and entrees are awesome. This is not a Chinese restaurant, but a Indo-Chinese one. Indo-chinese is Chinese food made in Indian style… its very different than authentic chinese food,

I’m not sure what they were trying to accomplish by fusing together Chinese and Indian styles. It seems to lean more toward the Indian side and is only superficially Chinese, not that I would know. I just think this restaurant can’t decide what it wants to be. The somewhat high prices aren’t much of a help, although I wouldn’t write this off as a bad place. The entrance might be confusing at first; it’s just one long empty corridor. I thought I had walked into the wrong place. They set the atmosphere with incense and statues – a bit unusual. There was a bit of a wait for my food to come out, but it redeemed itself in the end. The chicken curried noodles were delicious, though it didn’t really make sense to me how they would be more expensive with the addition of chicken. The lack of a dedicated lunch special menu also hurts somewhat. Even though the noodles appeared heaped on a small plate, they were actually quite densely packed and offered a substantial amount of great food compared to how they might appear. I don’t know about Inchin’s. It’s like for every bad thing about this place, there is one good thing to counteract it. The restaurant doesn’t exactly feel average, but it doesn’t feel like there’s any other rating that I could give it that would make sense.
