Yes the parking lot leaves a little to be desired but hey, what can you do? Anyhow, my review is more on their«secret menu» offerings. This location does not carry coconut which means I cannot get my beloved piña colada or strawberry piña colada smoothie(insert sad face here). I can however get the oh so delicious white gummy bear so I have that going for me. Don’t go here expecting anything coconut or you, like me, will be sadly disappointed.

Service is SOSLOW. One person working today. 5 people waiting in line. Huh? Makes no sense. Management needs to start managing. Too bad because the products are good.

Wow. Is anyone in charge here? It took 15 minutes to get my drink with only 6 folks ahead of me. The poor guy in front of me couldn’t get his drink because they are out of the chocolate base. Seriously? There were no napkins. There is no soap or paper towels in the women’s restroom, and the last roll of toilet paper is about done. There’s trash all 9ver the floor when you walk in — napkins, straw wrappers, etc — just because it’s Sunday night and the place is run by teenagers, it shouldn’t be so poorly operated. Fail.

This is my usual goto place for freshly squeezed juice, but the last 2 times the orange carrot juice I have ordered has tasted coarse. I think they have changed the way they make them, pre juicing or something different. Please go back to the way you were blending the juices!

I feel like this location is popular and busy enough where they should relocate somewhere with better parking and easier means of visiting. I love that they have started offering straight juice combinations in addition to their smoothies. My mom tried ordering two different drinks and they had both been discontinued. Why keep it on the menu if this is the case? Meanwhile the person behind us was probably getting peeved we were taking a little longer. As long as your not visiting at the peak times, you’ll enjoy your smoothie in a timely manner.

When I worked in Redmond, my coworker and I walked over here to have their juice. Back then, my coworker was pretty sick, so she got something vitamin C booster drink. I ended up having the same one without knowing what she ordered. It’s Spinach base juice/smoothie. It was good without a whole lot of sugar. I actually don’t have my juice/smoothie too sweet. I definitely liked how they prepared.

Spotty service, a few times I have gone and gotten a quick smoothie but I find that to be rare at this location. Most of the time service is extremely sloooow. Last time I went there was literally one employee both making smoothies and taking orders. Another employee was outside eating and chatting with friends with a huge line and tons of people waiting. Who is managing this location? I waited 20 minutes which is really way below par for a place like this. I don’t even like their smoothies tbh. Next time the kid is getting a juice box.

Very slow service, the staff prefer to stand around & chat. I waited 15 minutes for my juice

I love freshly squeezed juice as much as anybody does but their customer service is extremely disappointing and a bit rude. I was the only customer in the store and the guy didn’t even bother to ask me what I wanted. Had to wait five minutes before placing my order and when i came to pick it up 10 mins later, nobody even had the courtesy to ask me what I was waiting for. I was hoping someone would hand me my drink but it was just sitting on a counter top corner — completely melted and with a color change. Probably wouldn’t visit this store again for their bad service and unfriendly faces.

Worse visit ever. It took over 15 minutes to get my smoothie and there was only one person ahead of me in line. The customer in front of me was also extremely disappointed with the lack of service. By the time they gave my smoothie to me it was already half melted and no one seems to be knowin what their jobs were or how to do it.

This location used to be great, but yesterday it was quite disappointing. Chunky, watery smoothies and a dirty overflowing toilet. That deters me of coming here again. Update: I contacted Jamba Juice and they will contact the Redmond location. They are also sending me some free coupons that I really appreciate. We will go again next week and see if they took the headquarters advice to heart.

Plan on waiting at least 5min for a drink even if your the only one there. I applaud the concept of fresh squeezed juices, but wasn’t planning on such a long wait for my beverage.

We live across the street from jamba juice. Weve gone a few times and the selections have been great. They also have a side menu of fresh juices that they rotate every so often.

Used to love this location until they decided to close at 6pm on a Monday for a «team meeting»! Great idea management.

RUDE teenage boys as staff. Used to love this jamba, but that’s history now that I’ve seen the new staff. The cashier this morning was a teenage boy who didn’t make amy eye contact at all and when he messed up my order he made it seem like it was my fault and like it was a hassle to have his staff make the smoothie i ACTUALLY ordered. When I got it, it was hardly blended and seemed like it was missing something and had too much of something. Aka– poorly made. Hire some girls or adults. Terrible experience after years of great experiences!

I stop by this location on my way to work a couple times per week after my FlyBarre classes… I’m very famished by then, haha. They usually aren’t too busy at this time and the people working are always super friendly, even at such an early time in the morning. I normally get a spinach & egg wrap(very tasty with Frank’s Red Hot sauce), a Berry Upbeet or the Apple & Greens 16oz after my workouts(complete with 3 servings of fruits and veggies!), otherwise it’s the Orange Dream Machine! Everything is always so yumm and I’m sad once I reach the bottom of my cup. I love the convenience of the location and that the smoothies are always consistent. The price can be a little steep for some, but I figure just a couple times per week isn’t going to break my bank. I definitely recommend for an early day or midday pick-me-up.

It’s pretty much like every Jamba Juice ever. Growing up in the area where Jamba Juice started, I know what to expect when going to one. This location isn’t any better or worse than any of the other locales. The parking situation is a bit of a bitch, but the staff are friendly, and quick. The smoothies taste just like they do at any other location. They have tons of options, ranging from actually healthy for you, looks like it is healthy for you, to no way is this healthy for you. I usually go for the 2nd option. Some of my favorites are RazzMatazz and Aloha Pineapple. My boyfriend and I both purchased the recent groupon deal, and this location has other weekend deals, like 4 original sized smoothies for $ 12.

I remember this Jamba Juice store opening up when I was still in elementary school. Not much has changed at this location since then, except that it seems there’s a new set of faces behind the counter. They always look young, which makes me think nobody really works here very long. Anyway, it had been a while, so I asked the guy working there for his suggestion. He recommended the Peach Pleasure, and so I got that in the smallest cup available, the«Sixteen.» The price was a bit high, at $ 3.95 for this size(it came to $ 4.33 after tax). But they promote healthy drinks, and I’m sure that factors into the price somehow. Service was fairly quick, especially when considering all the ingredients that go into the smoothie, although there was no one ahead of me in line. The guy called out my name and handed me the drink politely. Even though it may be tempting to get a bigger size cup, the smallest should probably be enough. These smoothies are very thick, and it probably won’t work just to suck them through the straw normally; you might have to stir it around a bit. The taste is a bit dull, though. Maybe there was too much ice in there or not enough fruit. I know that they claim not to use artifical flavoring, but when I pay over four dollars for a drink, I expect it to taste pretty good. It wasn’t bad, though. But probably something to save for a hot summer day.(Why did I come here on a cold January evening?)
