there is no customer service per se here. the cup has a leak and the tea was all over my car. When I told the girl at register about it, she said: when we gave it to you, it was fine, then it is all your responsiblity. Really?! you have a crapy cup and it is my responsibility? ! Customers, Good Luck for all your cups!

Love their popcorn chicken. Normally I am not a fan of phở, but they definitely make delicious beef phở noodles. The price is reasonable. I also like all fruit tea and smoothie as well as the milk tea.

I dig the bubble tea here. I have yet to find any better options on the Eastside. This shop shares space with the Phở Hoa. I didn’t have any issues with the customer service that the other reviewers mentioned. The only problem I had was their drinks come in these fat cups that don’t fit in the standard cup holders in my car. But I’ll live. This place is definitely worth a try, especially if you live on the Eastside and don’t feel like driving over to Seattle just for bubble tea.

Customer service was great. Friendly and very welcoming. Tea was just ok, pretty mediocre. I bought the lychee mojito which had fresh mint in it. I liked it. I also got the passion fruit tea that was really good. The hostess recommended the buzzin berry and apple Jack’s mill tea. I hated both. The buzzin berry i got was very watered down, no taste of berries at all, it wasn’t even sweet. The apple Jack’s tasted like straight up apple jacks cereal blended in milk. Made me think of how baby food is made. Cute fun place, but not a place i would be excited to come to again.

Cute packaging that’s why we are here, but don’t let that fool you, the taste of the drinks are ok, watered down and not enough flavor… Honey boba? You’re kidding me… Plain boba… It’s not flavored… And the popcorn chicken bowl? Like why is there so much rice with 5 pieces of chicken, you are better off ordering the popcorn chicken by itself. The egg pudding has a hard jello consistency. :/ Never coming back here

It’s worth the drive to go down to Jazen tea. I live in Bothell and sometimes when I get a bubble tea craving I drive my fat ass down there and get it. They are also attached to a phở shop and I really love that place also so it’s really the best of both worlds! My favorite drink to get there is just the milk tea with boba. They always get my drink right because I’m picky about my sweetness and the amount of ice put in it. Always comes out right and delicious. The jasmine milk tea is usually a hit or miss. Sometimes the tea is really overpowering and it tastes kind of bitter. I guess some people like that though! This place doesn’t take Discover cards… Visa and MasterCard works just fine.

The fat ass cups totally got me. This place is great, strong tea, nice selection of add-on’s, chode-y cups. can’t be beat.

this place is bloody brilliant in everyway! it shares a restaurant with phở hoa — which I have reviewed repeatedly with photos of the amazing tea. I come here constantly for the tea as well as the food. my favorite was goosebumps which they took off the menu — but they replaced it with the mojito and that is even better. join the 5 star thing and you will get great coupons all the time plus in-house specials. they did a buy one get one free deal that ibmade out like a bandit on. I also got a gift card for myself. I s $ 20 but worth $ 25. their new waiter/host is a ray of sunshine with a ridiculously bubbly personality. see you here!

Rude cashier and got my order wrong. She barely greeted me while I was at the counter, basically just came to the register and stared at me like«why are you not ordering yet bi*ch?» Then she took my order and right before accepting my card, she walked away to grab a bag of candy and fumbled over opening the bag for like a good minute, and then spilled them all over the counter because a little kid yelled«they are out of candy!!» when I was ordering. I mean you could wait until you are done processing my order and then take care of giving out free candy to people. Basic courtesy? Then got my order wrong. Asked for red bean topping and got boba topping, and she said that’s what I ordered. Didn’t want to wait for them to make another one so I just left. Wouldn’t come back.

Post-Bai Tong, my friends suggested I should come here for my dessert/beverage! DANGGLAD I DID~~~ WHEEE! As someone who likes blended beverages and sugary goodies~ Treat-N-Sip had been a natural choice for me! With blended caramel iced frappé + honey + boba + egg pudding, it tasted like a liquid version of caramel flan! As someone who isnt a fan of pudding in bubble tea, this drink with pudding was like an angel singing down from heaven above any other pudding drinks I have tried! If you’re a flan fan(hehehe sounds funny) GETITNOW! You wont regret it I promise ;) Perhaps I will try their other frappes or mojito drinks in the future if I make it back in the Eastside again~~ YAAAY!

The tea here is so bad. Just walk a couple doors down and go to regent if you must have bubble tea in this area… The tea is overly sweet and lacks real tea flavor.

DON’T COMEHEREFORANYTHING. Rude. Can’t speak English and won’t try to. They won’t customize anything for you. And by customize, I mean add two toppings. What kind of place doesn’t let you add more than one topping? Don’t write lactose-free on your menu, if you don’t even know what it is. They won’t let you customize your order for sweetness of you order a hot drink. SERIOUSLY don’t come here. My friend ordered a plain hot tea, and they gave her a hot milk tea.

This place is actually located in Phở Hoa(which we now really really want to try). So I thought that every bubble tea place would be the same or have a similar enough product. But Jazen proved me wrong. Not only do they have different cups, the product that goes into those cups is pretty unique. The fruit bits rock! Like most other bubble tea places these days, they let you customize sweetness level so that the tea isn’t overwhelmingly sweet. Yes, I’m buying for my kids but I’m trying to wean their little taste buds off of Sugarcon 10. The menu seemed a bit limited with respect to the number of flavors(specifically for milk teas), but those flavors were also unique and very well balanced. I would highly recommend the Apple Jack flavor, which sounds nasty but turned out to be really, really good. First time I’ve been impressed by a bubble tea in a long time… usually the flavors my kids are too funky and sweet for me to like. We will definitely be back.

Jazen’s fruit teas are pretty unique compared to other tea shops because of the huge size of the cups(they’re SO wide!) and the addition of fruit bits. I tried the Passion Paradise(with boba), which is a combination of passion fruit and peach teas with mango fruit bits. The mango tasted fresh and the tea was perfectly sweet. Both the servings of boba and mango are generous and altogether it’s basically a snack and drink in one! However the mango bits didn’t float up the straw too easily, so I had to fish all of it out with a spoon once I finished the tea, haha. (TIP) They allow you to alter the sweetness level of your drink, which is an option that I haven’t seen elsewhere. I’d definitely recommend!

This place? Awesome. The bubble tea? One of the best I’ve had around East side area. Location? Debatable, it’s located inside Phở Hua restaurant so keep an eye out if it’s your first time. I love the huge portion of bubble tea serving! Parking is also great; private lot. I ordered the large regular milk tea with boba. End result? Satisfaction in my tummy!

I really wanted to give this place a 3 – 4 stars. I was intrigued but the stubby cups. I got the applejack milk tea and my coworker got the jasmine milk tea. it was incredibly sweet. one sip in and my teeth hurt. I had to water it down in the room and add more fruit to lighten up the flavor. sadly our cups didn’t fit in a BMW cup holder and her cup tipped while she was driving. :( décor was nice, and people were friendly but I was put off by the fact that they premade their bubble tea. maybe next time i’ll try it again.

I think I was overly excited the first time I came here because I just fell in love with the fact that their larges are bucket sized. after coming here a few more times, I’ve realized the tea is just okay, fruit toppings are hard/sour, and service is extremely slow. I don’t even think I like their milk tea anymore after getting it so many times! It doesn’t taste like milk tea more like cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk which is unnatural and gets sickening after a while. The flavored teas taste too sweet(albeit, you can ask for less sweetener) and fruit toppings don’t taste fresh. However, I bought their 6 drink groupon so maybe I’ll try other drinks that look more promising!

I was debating whether or not to buy the Groupon here. But I decided I should try it once before committing to the Groupon deal. I checked in on Unilocal and you get 1 free add on for checking in. I decided to get their Original Milk tea with boba and strawberry bits. Because I feel like if they can’t do OG Original Milk tea right, then nothing is gonna taste good there. They now have 2 sizes, and the bigger size fits in your cup holder. I was like damn, freaking huge! Not trying to be a hater, but I prefer the regular size boba cups. I think they should redo the smaller size to also fit in your cup holder because it’s like wtf, the BIGGER size will fit in your car cup-holders and the other SMALLER size won’t?! Sneaky way to upsell. My drink came out in a couple minutes because it wasn’t busy at all. It wasn’t too sweet, and there was a hint of cinnamon. The boba was chewy and I liked the strawberry bits in it. I’ll have to come back and try a different flavor in a large size: P

I wanted to check this place out because of their cute, short stubby cups :) I think this place is more for a grab and go bbt rather than spend time drinking it inside, but then again your drink won’t fit in a car cup holder soooo I’m not sure what’s best :/ Pros: — Clean and bright bathroom! — Honey boba is included in the milk teas, so $ 3.75 is a pretty good deal for a regular size(25 oz?!). It took me three hours to finish half. The large is huge — 32 oz and only $ 4.25! — Easy parking, lots of spots in the lot — Free wifi — They use crushed ice versus normal ice cubes — Not busy, so the wait is short — They use real tea! Or I think they do? Either way, drink doesn’t taste powdery :) Cons: — Shared open space with Phở Hoa so the there’s a strong phở smell everywhere, which isn’t preferred if I’m not actually eating it — They only have three flavors of milk tea — original, jasmine and. apple?! Lots of fruity options though for teas and smoothies — My original milk tea was tad too sweet, even after all the ice melted. and the boba is on the soft side — good flavor though! — Bar stool seats only, not very comfy for an extended period of time

I loooooove bubble tea, so of course I couldn’t pass up the groupon for three(any size) drinks for $ 8.49. The menus are displayed on a series of TVs. One of the TVs was broken so the screen would black out for seconds at a time, making it nearly impossible to read. After ordering, it took about 10 minutes for my order to be made(even though there was only one customer ahead of me). — Lychee cooler: 4 stars! It was my favorite out of the three drinks I tried. It’s blended to the consistency of an icee. It was refreshing and not overly sweetened. The fresh pineapple bits were sweet and a nice addition! — Original milk tea w/boba: 3 stars. I thought the milk tea tasted a little watered down and could’ve been a tad sweeter. The boba was the perfect consistency: soft and chewy with a taste of honey! — Passion paradise: 1 star. Steer clear of the teas! All of the ‘tea sips’ use pre-made tea and have flavored syrups added to it. The tea has a sickening bitter aftertaste. The fresh mango bits were really sour and hard/crunchy. Even without the groupon, I think you get a bang for your buck! I’ll definitely be back to try other drinks and maybe even some snacks!
