I purchased one of their paddles through a distributor. After less than one month’s use, the carbon fiber began to delaminate in an area where it’s clear it could only be from faulty workmanship. I sent it back through the distributor and they replaced it quickly but I was annoyed that they charged me for shipping even though it was their fault. The new paddle is holding up well so far after about 6 months and I like it but I would inspect any new paddle I buy from them very carefully before accepting it.
