Perfection Plus Auto Detailing

I brought 2 cars in for full detailing and spent $ 375. I did not think it was «perfection» by any means. There was a ton of overspray (from cleaners) in the interior of our car. The dash, glove box, doors were all covered in overspray causing us to need to reclean all the interior surfaces. The windows were not streak free. They did not shampoo the floor mats but shampooed the carpets. I called to ask about this and he did not return my call. (I take that as he does not want my future business!) I had to shampoo my own floor mats because they were filthy from winter — after I cleaned them they looked brand new. There was exterior dirt in some nooks and crannies so definitely not perfection detailing.
I will say I’ve had worse auto detailing but I’ve also had much better. So I guess if you want a glorified car wash this is your place — but if you want a real «detail» go somewhere else. The fact he doesn’t respond to customer phone calls asking questions about his service is also a concern.

Just picked my car up from Perfection Auto Detailing and I have to say I am very happy with their work. My car looks great and it was really dirty inside, previous owners were not careful. I will definitely use their service again!

T took my car here to get it cleaned up and they did such a wonderful job highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting their car looking wonderful

Don’t know how my first review became a filtered review, but whatever.
Traded in the Explorer last year, hadn’t been back to Shane since the last time because the new car was, well, new. Unfortunately, the kids had pretty much turned the car into a replica of the Explorer over the last few months. Took it into Shane yesterday, came back with the same results… good as new. Prices have increased slightly since he first opened up, but understandable and still less expensive than other places. Well worth it.
