We had an interior pipe burst during –20 F temps in Central Oregon. Pioneer came out the same night, even though they had dozens of jobs going on at the same time. Ken was a our lead tech, he was knowledgeable and stayed in close contact with us through the drying process. Perhaps the best part about Pioneer was how advanced their equipment seemed. Newer fans, etc., and an infrared FLIR device for seeing how the wall temp changed with dampness. Overall, we were impressed with such a high degree of professionalism from a local firm.
