The barista was super sweet, and this shop was cute, but my vanilla latte was entirely too sweet. It was basically like drinking vanilla syrup with a side of milk. If I come back, I am definitely asking them to go easy on the syrup.

Mercury’s is AMAZING! I love, love their dark chocolate. I get iced dark chocolate americanos, with a little bit of cream, and it tastes like heaven. The women are always so nice, pleasant, and remember my order even though I don’t come often. I love coming here, and I take anyone who visits me from out of state here, too!

Tried my first bev from Mercury’s last week! I’ve become a lover of iced chai’s since trying to cut back a bit on caffeine intake and I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked how the chai comes without any modifications. Usually I have to ask for extra chai or I get with soy milk because I like it to be on the more flavorful, creamier side, but I didn’t feel like I needed to change it at all! Very tasty. I look forward to returning and also trying some other drinks too!

There are so many options at Mercury’s. I have tried a couple of different drinks now, and I am totally hooked. I have been in many times and I have to say the staff there is by far the nicest, they are always smiling and are super fast and efficient.

I went in last week and ordered a Chai — I was HUGELY disappointed to taste and feel the powdered instant-​mix rather than a liquid mix. Tazo, Oregon Chai, or preferrably an indie or house blend… but no, the bottom of the cup was full of crunchy chunks of powder. Its like having them serve instant coffee — it just means they take the easiest possible route to serving Chai latte.

I really love Mercury’s coffee. They make a great iced Americano. But this particular store seems to be really disorganized and it always takes an unnecessarily long time to get my coffee. I mean, I keep going in because I like Mercury’s a lot, but I try to go to other locations of i can, simply because I don’t like the disorganization or the frazzled staff.

I love this little coffee shop, and prefer it to Starbucks any day! Great place to grab a latte, and head to work. Here is the breakdown…
Drinks: The coffee is smooth, rich and not bitter in the slightest. Some of their drinks are quite sweet, so you may want to ask to reduce the amount of syrup added.
Food: I have only tried the pesto/​tomato roll and it wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t order it again unless I was very hungry and didn’t have anything else.
Service: The baristas are just lovely! So friendly and sweet! These girls deserve their tip :)

The NW has good coffee shops. Mercury has amazing roast. I usually drink straight espresso, if you see me add milk or sugar it means the coffee is either burnt or bitter. Their pour is smooth, silky and the tastier I ever had (with notes of chocolate almost). It is addicting, I only rated stars cause I wish they had a better pastry selection as right now it is mostly donuts and other not really healthy/​tasty stuff… but I am pastry spoiled so… *o*

Incredible service, beyond amazing coffee, as personalized as a Seattlite can expect, and to perfection! Their coffee is an extremely smooth roast and is a really nice blend. One of my top favorite coffees ever, and I was a barista for 7 years.

5 stars because I genuinely enjoy their coffee. I definitely prefer the service & staff at the Kirkland location. I have not had a bad experience at the Redmond location but just seemed like a teenage club house. Once the girls were playing loud rap music with offensive language & anything a customer (myself included) would come back in they would try & turn it down & up when they went out. Kind of silly just don’t play it at all, or get some headphones.
Kirkland location is very consistent with the staff & workers. They are efficient & handle the busy hours well. Generally are happy people. Tina is the best & makes a great macchiato !

I usually go to the other Mercurys in Redmond but now this one is closer to me. It’s located right before 520 so it’s an easy stop before heading into work.
The coffee is always really good. Great seasonal drinks along with my always delicious organic vanilla latte. The service is great and quick and I am never disappointed with my coffee.
The only downsides are that parking lot is a little small and can get crammed during busy times and even though it’s an inside coffee place there is little seating located indoors.

Dont waste your time here.. .
Came in at 8:30 am on a Monday morning. Small line, no big deal. Ordered a 12 Oz organic vanilla latte not too hot. Told them 120 degrees.
A drink gets called out «12 Oz non fat vanilla latte»
and I stand there waiting for my drink when the cashier says «that’s yours» Really? I didn’t order non fat nor did the barista mention anything about organic.
So I clarify «I ordered organic and not too hot whole milk». .. Yeah she says that’s yours. So I thank them and leave.
I Take a sip outside and it burns my tongue. DON’T YOU HAVE A THERMOMETER!?? 118, 119, 120 STOP.
Head back inside to put some cold milk in it to salvage the drink a little. No one says anything to me. Great.
Don’t waste your money, this is hype, nothing more.

i have only had two coffees from mercurys however they were both very delicious and you can tell the difference when organic coffee is used. i am looking forward to my next stop there. i have been to two locations so far and both times were an enjoyable experience… thank you.

I don’t drink coffee too often but when I need my fix, this is my go-​to joint.
This is the only place I know besides my alma mater that serves Jasmine tea. I am absolutely addicted to Jasmine tea lattes so I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have it here!
The baristas are genuinely friendly and actually listen to how I would like my latte, unlike other coffee places (like Starbucks) who pretend to listen and then get my order wrong.
Unfortunately they do not have many breakfast/​snack options as I would like’em to have!

I’ve been to this location in Redmond at least three times now (in a space of a week). Decent coffee (if not amazing). I prefer it to Starbuck’s but like it less than Peet’s (my favorite large chain coffee). Good variety of drinks. Fast and friendly service. Great location for a quick, efficient coffee pickup before getting on the freeway.

Hoping it’s just short term thing, but quite a few of the veteran baristas have left and the new girls, while super nice, aren’t making drinks the same way. My sugar free white chocolate mocha just isn’t the same. Down from going daily to just once a week or so. Makes me sad as this was my happy place.

This place is great! A lot quieter and not as crazy as some other bigger chains. The ladies who worked there were very friendly and made dang good coffee. The selection of drinks (and milks, I prefer almond milk) and food was quite large. The coffee was great and exactly what I had wanted. Very cute little spot.
