I ordered food online and I placed an order with Redmond Pizza Hut. First they called to tell me they were out of one of the types of wings I ordered. I changed the order, then they shown up with bread sticks and brownies, which I ordered with the wings. I refused the order because who wants bread sticks and brownies without the regular food. I called customer service. They said my entire order would come to me free of charge. I thought «well, that’s good». I get a call back from redmond pizza Hut and the guy who calls me sounds like he is about 12. I tell him I just want the entire order. He then tells me I am being rude. I was very upset so I called corporate again… The redmond pizza Hut gave me another wrong order for free, which I accepted. This process was way to much to bear for a paying customer. In all of my 50 years, I have never known such poor customer service

Lunch delivery was fast. Pizza, breadsticks, and pasta were temperature hot, fresh, and delicious. Plenty of flavor. Better than the older Pizzahut menu. Great lunch deal was (lots of) chicken alfredo pasta for two and breadsticks 6.99) Photos posted. Four stars for affordable, tasty, chain fast food pizza and pasta for pick-up or delivery.

I love the new menu options at Pizza Hut. I always do my order online to get the best deals. The staff is friendly and the pizza is good. I’ve only had 1 mediocre pizza in about 10 orders. Love the new Pretzel Piggy pizza. Check the new menu options. The hand tossed and thin crusts are better than the pan pizza (less greasy).

I’m not sure why this place has such a bad review. I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in awhile but their pizza was great. We got the deep dish with extra sauce, yummmmy! Their pizza has improved and I think it’s better than dominos.

was so happy to get a Pizza Hut in the area. not happy any more. just after they opened I ordered a Hawaiian… got home and it was like where’s the toppings sauce .more like bread with a slash of sauce. there was only 1, yes I swear only 1 piece of pineapple per slice .no joke no kidding… After talking to friends they said the same about there’s too… never again…
