John provided great advice and helped me think through and plan out our ambitious DIY tiling project. They indulged weeks of indecision as I paraded samples back and forth. The tile we selected is gorgeous and the price was better than the two so-called «discount» places we were also looking at. And now we have a BEAUTIFUL shower.
Plus their office dog is a dear. :)

Redmond Carpet was referred to us by some friends and we’re so thankful for the recommendation to this company. Not only was the work quality of a high standard, but the install team was really friendly and easy to work with. We are loving the results in our bedrooms which is where we had the carpet put in and just wish we had done this sooner as it adds so much value to our Redmond townhome. When we’re ready to do the rest of the house, we’ll be calling on them again.

The best thing that could ever happen to our re-model, was meeting John Hughes. I can’t give enough praise to him and his company for his expertise and selection of tile and flooring. He always answers or quickly returns my calls and emails and has been most helpful finding plumbers, electricians or whatever I need to finish a project. He is now working on our third bathroom, and we will use him for the kitchen remodel as well. Thanks for all your help John!

The showroom is too small for the number of samples they have. They are piled and stacked on top of each other. I told them I wanted a low-odor healthy product and they assured me everything today is top notch in that regard. What I got had that new carpet smell at a headache inducing level that did not get better for weeks. He told me a long story about the only other problem he had with a smell complaint that was from a lady who was literally crazy. I guess I’m crazy too. The manufacturer refunded all cost. I had them put in different carpet and the smell was gone after a month. Price and installation were good. Slow to respond to e-mail.
