This apartment complex is «advertised» as Senior apartments 55 and older. To me, that would mean they understand their tenants are on fixed incomes. The office staff are without understanding. Their pat answer«corporate makes decisions back East». So if you are prepared to receive a 14% increase, annually, then move right on in! Its well maintained, good maintainence crew. The building is secure and safe. Parking is horrible! Each residence is offered one space. No allowances for guests, except handicap spaces, which everyone abuses. Many seniors who planned to remain here for a lot of years, are leaving because of the huge rent increase. Have deep pockets if you move here.

This is a CRAP community to live in. You literally live in a fish bowl. The neighbors are always watching one another, ready to tell all to management, whether true or not. People under the age of 55 are allowed to live here, not as a guest, but as primary residents, as long as someone over 55 signs the lease. We witnessed a couple being persecuted due to parking issues. There are extended families who live in the town homes, with their adult children living with them. Between them, there are five to six cars, and yet they are allowed to park their vehicles anywhere, while others have to find parking elsewhere. Management puts the blindfold on, while letting their«favorites» do whatever they darn well please. So glad we don’t live there anymore. Prospective residents are profiled from the time they walk into the office. Oh, and by the way, BEWAREOFLESLIESLOAN, PROPERTYMANAGER. She will smile in your face, while stabbing you in the back at the same time. Leslie is extremely deceptive, and prides herself with that trait. UPDATE May 10, 2015: Leslie Sloan has been relocated to Riverpark in Redmond, WA, another Equity Residential complex. Equity Residential moves their people around frequently, due mostly to resident complaints, along with a core value of deflection rather than customer care.
