This was hands down the best service I have ever received from any cleaning company. I used them to get my warehouse/​production space ready for a release party for a new line of product for us and the shop has never been this clean! The two men that cleaned were professional and efficient. This is not your normal cleaning crew; this is the cleaning crew that made a warehouse space ready to host the President.
I plan to use them again.

This ServiceMaster is fantastic! The staff are very friendly and professional. We’ve used them on more than one occasion for carpet cleaning and they do an excellent job. Also, residential cleaning. We have a townhouse we’re getting ready to sell so we hired them to do a carpet cleaning and residential cleaning because the renters had just moved out. When we stopped by to see how it looked we were ecstatic. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean! It looks brand new! I really couldn’t have asked for better. This company is definitely who you want to clean and care for your home!

I asked them for move in cleaning which includes normal cleaning and carpet steam cleaning. The lady who picked up the phone heard it as if I was speaking French. she put me on hold for long. Gave the phone to another lady called Pom/​Pam. I told her townhome is new and is already clean. It just needs finishing cleaning touches and she was totally Blank ! She had no idea what’s so ever. When for 5 mins I did not get a solid reply from her, I said isn’t it something normal that u guys do? Cleaning appliances wiping cabinets etc? And she right there said
OH YOU KNOW WHAT? I don’t think it’s a good idea we want to work with you!
Yeah thanks for that, there are tons of companies out there looking for business. Arrogant people are anyways not good to do business with !

My emergency occurred over a weekend, to be more specific on a Sunday. It needed to be taken care of right away. I called couple other service providers first, but they didn’t respond back. Actually, one did respond back, except it was the following day, Monday. That’s too late. ServiceMaster — Redmond was the only one who immediately responded and took care of the issue at hand. The couple guys who showed up were extremely professional and courteous. They did a great job to boot. I appreciated the quick service when I needed the help the most. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys responded to a mildly flooded upstairs laundry room in 2 hours and were onsite and started the cleaning and restoration work!
They followed up and were back on site on weekends (Sunday none the less) to measure moisture levels and adjust drying equipment.
Absolutely professional and high quality workmanship with very knowledgable staff on every question we had around damp issues and mold issues.
I can HIGHLY recommend the ServiceMaster crew! They saved us over a weekend and ensured zero long term damage!
