A Sanders Construction

I have to take my review of A Sanders down a couple notches. I had a bathroom remodel project that I took to Alan. He came over and came back with an bid a couple days later. It seemed kind of high given the size of the project. There was a lot of the work I could have done myself so I asked him to itemize it for me.
I was told that he was ‘really busy and would do it when he could’. He never got back to me so, down to 3 stars… The previous work was good, but later communications were non-​existent.
Alan and his crew did an exemplary job of reconstructing a bathroom and walk-​in closet after damage from a water leak. The work included vinyl flooring and underlayment, reinstallation of cabinets, drywall/​texturing, carpet cleaning and painting.
Coordination of the various trades worked like clockwork. The work was done promptly/​on time, to a high standard and at a fair price.
