I have been going to Kim for almost four years now. Kim is a small business owner who prides herself on a great product. Kim charges a very fair, if not wonderful price for all styles of hair. Furthermore, Kim works very hard to squeeze me in if I call for a last minute haircut. I have recommended a few of my co-workers(men) to her for mid day hair cuts and they are all repeat customers. My wife also goes to shear bliss and comes home looking amazing! I know lots of women that spend well over $ 200 for a cut/color/style, but my wife’s bill comes in well under $ 200. Kim does not do walk ins, so make sure to call for an appointment.

The owner sets her own schedule. Seen her for several years, decides to up her price after 12 years by at least almost 30%. Then decides to tell me an my other friends that weekends do not work well with her schedule. Several of my close friends that I had recommended have stopped going as well. Yes, if you are new, she’s super nice but give it time, as over time — she will hit your wallet hard. We used to tip her well. Also, she did not bother to call back and even reschedule after my family worked around her schedule several times since weekends did not work for her. Seems that ego takes over and now the customers that got Kim there really are not appreciated. Very sad indeed and we believe in Karma. What goes around — will come around. Dear Unilocal, please publish this vote. It’s never there. Hopefully, those that really appreciate truth will soon realize that it is after all about the money and not service.
