Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This is a store where you go in with your already picked out color, tell them what paint you want, how much you need and pay for it. There are only kids in there that have no idea and getting help and advice on color choices, wall paper and anything else that requires more then mixing up paint is simply impossible.
First time I went in there to get some help with wallpaper and ideas, his remark was, you better go online and look there. Oh ok?! Great, I can do that myself, but sometimes you want to see the wallpaper and also feel the pattern. Why is there a store if you don’t want to help me? He told me I can come back and they can order it for me. Totally a waste of time.
Second time I went in (why I went a second time puzzles me), but I picked a wallpaper online and wanted to order it. I had questions on the size on the roll, how wide it is and how long the rolls are. Nothing is online that tells me any information at all, so I felt I had to go back to get that information to decide how much I need to order. Well another highlight of customer service… «I don’t know, you have to call the customer service hotline, we have no option to look that up». WOW! Can’t you just pick up the phone, find out and get me the information? Why do I have to hang in their hotline and ask?
Needless to say, I left and with me goes $ 250 of business only for a small amount of wallpaper. With a little more effort, they could have sold me the wallpaper, the paint that goes along with it and some of the supplies.
NO THANK YOU!!! I better spend my money at Home Depot, there is not much help too, but I know that right from the get go.
