Katie Brooks opened Simply Pilates in November, 2013. She has been my Pilates instructor for the last 9 years
(at a different studio). Katie is an excellent Pilates instructor. She has been teaching Pilates for more than 10 years and she has an intuitive sense in working with her clients. She adjusts the workout according to the condition of her client’s body (think knees, back, neck, etc.). But she can give you a very hard workout also.
And it is amazing to watch her on the equipment!
Katie is also a licensed massage therapist. Due to her training as a Pilates instructor and as a massage therapist, Katie has learned a great deal about the human body and how it works. These traits and her natural
Intuitiveness in her approach work together to make her an outstanding Pilates instructor. I highly recommend her!
