The best place in the world to not only get bras and underwear but clothes! I always get the most compliments when I wear them. Everything is so stylish and comfortable! The service is AMAZING! I actually had two knowledgeable women help me! One was Charlotte, the other was Chris. They made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I want to go in every day now!

3.5, I want it to be a 4 just because I love Soma but I felt a little awkward in here. I was recently measured at Nordstoms and needed some new bras stat.
When I came in I was greeted and asked if I needed help, nope, I am good. The women was pretty pushy when it came to wanting to help me. I was able to look on my own for 5 minutes until I started to open a drawer to get my size out, I guess that is a big no-​no in here? She was on my like white on rice. She started pulling stuff for me even when I went to try on. I mean I get it, but you are being a little to helpful.
They do have good sales and the quality of the bras is awesome.

Parking free and easy.
Selection is good.
Quality of products always seem to last a long time and the fabric quality feels lux.
Only complaint is one particular sales associate who has been there every time I’ve gone. She always has a grouchy judgmental expression from across the room when you enter and if you are stuck to work with her at some point in your conversation she’ll be rude or condescending. The company should send in secret shoppers to identify this problem.
Otherwise all other staff is awesome. Best sales associate I’ve worked with I think was a blonde who’s son goes to Stanford. She helped me find the right fit, sizes, and checked online inventory for things we couldn’t find.

I have been to many Soma stores and this one was by far the most helpful.
They had a nice selection of robes, sleep wear, and underwear. They have a great mark down area for all you thrifty shoppers.
They have a nice dressing room area.
Most of all when they help you find items they don’t just show you the expensive stuff they will show you everything including discounted stuff that they think may work for you.
I love their fabrics and love the silicone lined underwear. I never have wedgies anymore!

Soma’s bras are the BEST fitting. I found out about them through a friend. The ladies who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

I shopped here recently and while I find Soma’s bra quality and prices reasonable enough, the staff made me feel hassled and stressed out. I felt extremely ‘micro-​managed’ throughout my shopping experience. First of all, my friend and I weren’t allowed to touch anything in the store; the saleswoman (an older woman in her 50s or 60s) insisted that she grab every single item for us. Thiis even extended to the 7 for $ 35 panties sale — she insisted on picking up each pair for me rather than letting me look at them myself to compare styles. She seemed worried that we would mess up their perfect display. The saleswoman was also trying to force minimizers and full-​coverage bras on me because I’m a larger size, even though I explicitly told her I prefer demi-​cups and lower-​cut styles. Overall, I felt like I was shopping with an overbearing mother-​in-​law than with a helpful salesperson. I recommend another Soma Intimates store if you are looking for a more low-​key shopping experience.
