The 9 Salon

I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist — as all women are! I was forced to find a new stylist after I had been fed up with my stylist in Bend. She ruined my hair. So I went to Chelsea at The 9 salon to fix my hair. She did an excellent job! She helped me decide what color to change my hair to that would look best, cover up the mess from my old stylist, and was honest about what could not be fixed and/​or changed from the old stylist — yet helped to minimize what could not be fixed. Her cut was also great as she had to fix a crooked haircut from my previous stylist. My cut is precise just like I asked and my color is exactly what I asked for! She listened to me and truly cared about my experience. This may sound trivial but Chelsea was very conscientious about not slopping hair dye on me or my face, she washed my hair thoroughly, she dried my hair all the way, and did not rip and pull at my hair while working with it. My last stylist did all these things and it’s really quite maddening when a stylist is so unprofessional. But, I experienced nothing but a positive experience with Chelsea. I will no longer be driving to Bend to get my hair done — I will definitely be back to The 9 Salon — I have found my new hair stylist! I also want to note that everyone here is really nice — they are very welcoming, respectful and make you feel like they appreciate you as a client! Super bonus!

Excellent salon! I decided one day I wanted to get highlights in my hair. I happened to call this place and they had a opening. I have been so happy with how my hair has been done. I see Rachel and highly recommend her although all the ladies are good! Good prices, and they are super kind:) very highly recommend!

Just moved from the Valley and saw the great reviews on Unilocal,Chelsea was awesome! My hair was an awful platinum yellow grey color, she added nice brown all over highlights that came out beautiful. So excited that I found such a great stylist

I was new to town & needed a new salon. I saw the great reviews The 9 Salon has & gave it a shot. Chelsea is awesome. I have been dying my hair blonde for years & the color Chelsea gives me is amazing!

I was recently out of town working on an event and had my color done by someone in that area. It was horrible.
The minute l arrived back in Redmond, l called Connie. She got me right in and fixed it for me. She is fabulous with hair and with people.

Chelsea is the best! She knows hair and you can tell she is very passionate about her job. Love my hair!

These ladies are awesome! They are located a short distance from my house so I thought I would give them a try. I get my hair cut and colored and they do an amazing job and their prices are quite reasonable. Give them a try because you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Rachel (the owner) for two plus years now. She never makes me wait and always makes you feel like you are her only client. She always listens to me and does an excellent job on my cut and color. I had surgery on my neck and brain almost 2 years ago and not only did she help me to get my hair prepared for not being cut or dyed for a while after she helped me afterwards with my special limitations with having my hair washed etc. I feel blessed to have found her as I had been searching for a great hair salon for 4 years prior. I would highly recommend Rachel and her salon. You do want to call in advance as she books up well in advance. But she does accomodate saturday appointments.
