They are actually manufacturers of the best rubber stamp craft pads in the craft industry (the glue pad anyone?). They are strictly wholesale but the regular Jane can contact them regarding their products.
I recently emailed them to complain about a Brilliance pad gone bad (crafters, you know what I’m talking about). The pigment separated from the other compounds of the ink to make a gooey mess.
Their staff responded to my email on the same day asking that I mail back the defective pad for replacement.
Yesterday, they sent a replacement pad plus an extra dew drop pad (to cover my first class mail expense for the return) via UPS.
Now that’s service!
