I’m satisfied with the pharmacy staff, who has always been helpful and friendly. As drugstores goit’s a pretty decent and they even have unit pricing showing both the regular and sale price when applicable. I prefer it over the other pharmacy chains by a long shot.

There is a young pharmacist with blonde hair that acts as though she is in high school. Extremely unprofessional and no customer service skills, due to age and immaturity I assume. We’ll go elsewhere from now on.

This store posts sale price tags for products on the shelf, then they refuse to honor that price at the register!
Tonight their excuse was, «That sale doesn’t start until tomorrow.» I went back to the product, took the tag to the register and showed them where the tag clearly states the sale dates as «Now until June 7»… now is prior to June 7.
Good for you for «tricking» me out of a few extra bucks, but they’re the last bucks I’ll spend at your store!
If you go to this store, pay very close attention at check out.

All the pharmacies in Bend closed at 9pm, so we rushed to Walgreens Pharmacy in Redmond to try to fill an emergency pain prescription because they were the only pharmacy in Central Oregon that was open late — they close at 10pm.
We called the pharmacy at 9:40 to advise them that we were en route from Bend and coming as quickly as we could. The pharmacist said «okay». We arrived just before 10 to find that they had closed the drive through window early.
We rushed around to the front door where a woman was standing guard. She apparently knew we were coming because she didn’t even ask us what we wanted. She simply shouted «The pharmacy is closed» at us and wouldn’t let us in. We held up the prescription and pleaded that we had just spoken to the pharmacist. «He already left,» she replied.
So apparently our forewarning call that we needed an emergency prescription only served to get them to make sure that they were closed when we arrived.
I drove back to bend with no prescription and suffered through the night until a pharmacy could open in the morning, miserable.
This easily could have been a glowing, 5 star review, praising your excellent customer service and care, Walgreen’s Pharmacy. How unfortunate.
