Outstanding ribs — fall off the bone, meaty, tender, buttery pork, delicious smokey flavor. We paired ours with the pineapple coleslaw and smokey beans. In the parking lot of Wild Ride Brewery. Our lunch was hands-​down, the best barbecue we have had in Central Oregon. We’ve been to Wubba’s restaurant in Bend with mixed results. Ribs smoked on-​site. Come with $$. Hours vary. Worth the wait!
