Great surgical facility. The office is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The recovery nurses had a great attitude and most importantly my surgery was a success.

A great surgery facility. I grew up with the old Kaiser and I am not used to helpful and friendly staff everywhere I turned.
I was really scared since I was having my first surgery. From the check-​in nurse to the orderly who wheeled me to the parking lot, it was a very comforting visit.
The little things that the staff did like having the check-​in nurse come give me the forms to fill out instead of me hoping over there in my crutches or giving me air and oxygen when I was getting hot really made a difference. The device to remove my cast looked and sounded like a Dremel tool on steroids but was a quick and safe way to remove the cast.
The nurse was very gentle in administering me an IV which I barely noticed after it was in. Boy, do I hate needles.
After my operation was done I was brought back to the recovery room where I was given cranberry juice and graham crackers. Once they felt I was okay to leave I was aided back to the car and was off to get some rest and a slight detour to pick up some Krispy Kreme donuts.

This is as good as it gets for a surgery center. I developed a meniscus tear and needed to go in for an outpatient surgical procedure to correct. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years so knowing the ins and outs of hospital staff I was a somewhat concerned about what the experience would be like. It was perfect. I watched the nursing staff flow together as a team, each nurse pitching in immediately as soon as something needed to be done. Offering a hand, it was the smoothest process I have seen, it looked like a well choreagraphed dance that these professionals had down pat. Jennifer, Fran, and Anne are the names I remember, but there were a couple more as well. I felt well taken care, well informed, and very comfortable. the process was completed efficiently and I never felt like I was a bother or a nuisance to the staff (which has happened before in other places).

Took a friend in for an epidural steroid injection with Dr Keer and this place is very clean, friendly, fast and efficient. The staff was very helpful while I waited in lobby for 2 – 3 hrs. After talking with other patients there I would highly recommend this place…
