Fast and friendly delivery with consistently solid General and Sesame chicken.

Good spot with good food. Was disappointed that I was unable to order the Orange Tofu only during dinner but I ordered the vegetable chow mein instead and couldn’t complain. Good lunch specials with a good amount of food for under $ 10!

We ordered delivery through Unilocal and everything was great! The food was still very warm when it got to us, the fried food looked previously frozen but was still not bad at all. The portions were also huge! Each entrée felt like a pound of food, which is awesome if you like leftovers. I particularly liked the beef and broccoli, and the white mean orange chicken. Well done!

Fresh. Quick. Tasty. Wish they had more room inside to eat or better patio furniture. Love their egg rolls. Their shrimp fried rice is the best. A little pricier than your usual Chinese food place but most is made to order and it’s family style. Go for their lunch special!

After having a terrible experience at Phở PCH, I did not eat my food there out of sheer principle. I ended up giving away my food and ordered from China Coast instead. Strange that Phở PCH has a higher rating on Unilocal and China Coast has less. From my experience China Coast should have a higher rating. My afternoon got turned around from negative to a positive thanks to China Coast. China Coast delivered on time, the amount of food was plenty and the taste outstanding. While yes, it is more fast food, it doesn’t take away from the quality. For me Unilocal reviews shouldn’t just be about the product you receive, the service, or food. It’s about good customer service. Phở PCH had terrible customer service, while China Coast has great customer service and the food is fantastic. While one is Vietnamese food and the other Chinese, I was craving Asian. The order process was very easy using . The man who delivered the food was super nice and understood customer service. If you are in the Redondo Beach area and looking for good, quick, and a decent amount of food then I highly recommend China Coast!

This was my first visit and will be my last. The two stars are for the food. I would have rated higher but the customer service sucks ASS. I’m was once a manager of a buffet and a waitress at another. Any time I had a first time guest I would go over how the place worked and the best bang for the buck. We sat down to dine in but once we found out no restrooms were available to paying guest I switched my order to take out. I voiced to the cashier I would need to add a few things to my order. I ordered the family special 1. You get 2 wontons, 2 eggs rolls, fried rice, and two items from column A for $ 25.99. I picked chicken chow mein and Kung pao chicken. I ordered an extra small rice and chow mien for $ 6.45. Here is where I got upset we already had poor service, not even a greeting, no bathroom. I pointed out after I was rang up that I could have got special b and added another meat dish for $ 2. The girl responded to me with a blank stare. When we were leaving we asked for Soy Sauce. The Girl said she put a handful for us. That was the only time she really acknowledge me. We got home and found out a handful to her ended up being 3 little packs. Thumbs down for poor service. Which is to bad because I did like the food. I’ll stick to my normal go to place Top Wok on Beryl.

So this is often my go to for local Chinese delivery. I like their food, the portions are always generous, and they are typically quick with delivering. Whether you’re opting for a healthier option, such as broccoli chicken, or going full blown with orange chicken and fried rice, you’ll have plenty to share!

Just ordered vegetable chow mein, garlic chicken, and the combination kung pao. First of all, the delivery estimate was 45 – 60 minutes and they were here in 20! Woo hoo! Both entrees were good, about average, but the chow mein — SOGOOD! The noodles were so perfect! Just the right consistency, and not greasy. We are very happy! Oh yeah, we also ordered the spice level medium and it was exactly that — just a slight bit of heat. We will definitely be ordering from China Coast again!

This place is hit or miss for me. Sometimes I love the taste of their food, other times, EHH. I believe the general tsos chicken has been good on the three times I’ve ordered. The Mongolian beef, which I usually love, was super greasy today and lacked it’s normal flavor. I will say that this place is consistently fast and has lots of options.

We order from Grubhub and they are here sooo fast! And it’s hot too! I like that I can order the China Coast meal(I think it’s called) and have all of the extras at my front door to divvy up. The drivers are very courteous too.

As an ever loyal fan of tofu, I found it imperative that I try China Coast’s Orange Tofu. I have to say that I was not the least bit disappointed — it is delicious. There are pieces of orange peel and dried chili in the orange sauce, showing me that there are some traditional Chinese standards upheld in the kitchen. If you are a vegetarian and miss Orange Chicken, this dish is for you too. I also tried the vegetable and tofu soup. It has a very light broth, blocks of soft/medium tofu, and plenty of vegetables — the broth has a ginger undertone, reminding me of my Chinese grandmother’s rice porridge. It is going to be a soothing staple on those winter days that I don’t want to cook and need some simple and comforting soup.

Twice we have ordered delivery from here and were pleasantly filled with the greatness of American Chinese food for us white folk in a snap! Literally, the other day it was so windy a fuse blew and all the lights went out. Thinking this might effect our food order we were happy when they still arrived 40 minutes after our order was placed. The delivery boy was very friendly. Twice I have ordered the Cashew Chicken and have really enjoyed it. I felt the sauce was a bit bland this time but nonetheless they are giving my favorite fast-food Chinese place, Mandarin Kitchen in Torrance, a run for their money since China Coast adds in diced zucchini. Awesome! Winner, winner, chicken dinner! I only wish they offered it with shrimp like Mandarin Kitchen does. China Coast has nothing on Mandarin Kitchen cream cheese wontons though. Sorry, but true. We had the Beef Chow Mein which was also good, greasy but good. Overall, I will continue to order from here when nearby.

I’ve been on the hunt for good Chinese food but still haven’t been able to find a place. I ordered for delivery which took about an hour. The portions for the orange chicken were huge and not as spicy as the menu says it is. What really turned me off is I found a large piece of chicken in their veggie chow mein. I even tried to work around that but the noodles tasted like smelly feet with oil on them. Not a good combo, I definitely won’t be returning. Panda Express is actually way better.

Their orange chicken is the TRUTH! I’d love to up the ranking an additional star, but that orange chicken is all I’ve had.

Good AUTHENTIC Chinese food, Decent prices, for an asian restaurant they are pretty generous with their portions, how I got to know is I once ordered their shrimp chow mein and the dish actually had more than 3 pieces of shrimp lol, Good place I will definitely go back there parking could be an issue but you can always park on the side street by the resturant,

Do you like getting day old reheated food delivered? Do you like feeling ripped off? Do you like not getting what you pay for? Do you like to vomit after you eat? Have you ever paid for rancid food? And if so, did you enjoy it? If you answered yes to any of the preceding questions, then China Coast is the place for you.

Yuck! The General Tso’s was really gross and tuff. My husband was able to eat his Orange chicken but the General Tso’s was not worth eating. We won’t be ordering from here again. Maybe we got the wrong thing? Idk but it was all gross.

Finally gave this place a try last night. We had the orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and Chow Mein. All were very good but the orange chicken was the stand out. I’m a big fan of orange chicken and China Coast’s version is absolutely delicious. They just might have my favorite orange chicken of anywhere. Guess I’ll have to order again to confirm that…
