CVS pharmacy

The guy that helped me was so rude. I usually get my photos done at Walgreens but since I was by the CVS I thought that I’d try them. I went in the store and went back to photo and waited and nobody came so I went over to pharmacy and asked if they knew if someone was going to be over there so they paid someone and finally someone came over to help me. I told him I need it an iPhone 6 Plus to do my photos through the kiosk and he said OK you can go buy one and I thought that was weird at Walgreens they provide one for you. When I asked that they don’t have the plugs for people to use he looked at me and said you didn’t bring one? I told him that I didn’t get that I just figured it was the same as Walgreens and that they provide it one for you to use. Long story short the guy was so inconvenienced by me I just let. I’ll stick with Walgreens.

Longest checkout lines I’ve ever waited in. The walrus-​mustached manager (who should lose 50 pounds from his enormous belly if he wants to live longer or at least represent CVS as a health-​business) is robotic and incompetent. I think you’d be better off at Walgreens or at least some other CVS.

Service was awesome. It’s open 24 hours. Wee Man’s Chronic Tacos is next door.

All these girls are absolutely rude and desrespectfull. they cannot work with people. No people skills at all. I just go to this CVS since this is the only one around that can fill my prescription. But if they have no customer services skills that means poor management. You need to choose the correct people to work in the frontline. I simply hate their attitude and hate going there. I wish the cvs close to me where they are absolutely nice in Both CVS in ANZA could fill my prescription.

I’m sitting here waiting for a prescription refill right now. They’re charging me triple the cost of what rid aid charges. The price and wait is ridiculous.

This is my go-​to pharmacy since it’s close to my house. It’s open 24 hours and they have a large parking spot out back! So convenient!

I was researching having some photos that I had stored on my Iphone printed out so I could have a hardcopy and put some of them in frames. I accessed CVS’s website and found the site easily to navigate, upload photos, select the size of the photos, pick the store for pickup and finish my transaction without a flaw.
Shortly after providing my ‘junk’ email address to CVS I received a confirmation, order processing & order completed email. I had signed up for same day service and received these emails all within 2 hours.
I let a day go by simply because I was busy and could not make the trip to pick up my photos. This morning (12-​22-​2014) however after leaving the gym I took out my Iphone and looked up the address for this CVS found it on my handy dandy Unilocal application which was WRONG!!! I drove to the location listed 316 S. Sepulveda which is basically the corner or S. Sepulveda Blvd & Longfellow Ave which as stated earlier was wrong. I immediately called the store telephone listed on Unilocal which leads to the automated Pharmacy line. I kept pressing ‘0’ and finally got in touch with a live person who verified I did in fact have the wrong address, I was even told by the Pharmacy Tech that they get this call often.
I finally found this location on the corner of S. Pacific Coast Highway & Torrance Blvd right next to Wee Man’s Chronic Tacos. I pulled into the rear parking lot and made the mistake of parking close to the sidewalk. I say this because silly me for believing the sidewalk would take me to the entrance which it did not, it lead me to a door that used to be a entrance that only told me to go back to the rear parking lot to gain entry. As I was walking around the building I noticed this CVS has a drive-​thru Pharmacy if you are interested in using something like that.
I finally made it to the store; I walked in and located the photo department only to be told that all online photo orders are handled at the main cash registers. I returned to the front of the store, waited in the fast moving line and secured my photos which came out perfectly.
Now that I know where this location is, how easy their online system is to upload photos and navigate I will definitely use them again despite the search that it took to find this place.
I found the staff to be working during my visit to be very nice and extremely helpful.
I contacted Unilocal and submitted the correct address information. I hope they change it soon because I have observed ‘tips’ from 2012 stating the same issues.

This CVS pharmacy is just ok. From time to time the customer service is good, and other times it is terrible. The best thing about this CVS is that it is open 24 hours (note that the pharmacy ISN’T though). The second best thing about this CVS is that they have self check-​out so you hardly ever have to wait. I went there a few months ago and the employee overseeing the self check-​out looked at what I was buying and proceeded to ask me if I had certain medical conditions and if I really needed what I was buying. … I’m pretty sure that is inconsiderate, violating my privacy, AND illegal. I also had another negative experience with coupons, because the employee wasn’t educated on their policy. As any CVS couponer knows, the store will accept a manufacturer coupon AND a CVS store coupon for the same item. In this particular case the amount of the two coupons exceeded the value of the item by $ 1. They then told me I had to choose which coupon I wanted to use or I couldn’t buy the item. After calling customer service and talking to the manager Jon, it all got straightened out. But in the end I really felt like my coupons and I weren’t welcome in the store and that they were just «doing me a favor». I haven’t been back since =/​. I have had better and faster service from the pharmacy and front of the store at the location on Rosecrans by Bristol Farms. Parking is also easier and the other location.

A star for the staff who are always nice and one for being open 24 hours, but to the management who refuse anyone for any reason from using their «public» restroom after 8… a big zero. While I can understand you wanting some control in the evening hours, common sense could and should prevail. When my young daughter desperately needed to use it this evening with me present, you would think a little compassion would be a reasonable expectation. I even understood when she politely asked without me standing at her side but certainly not when I asked for her and explained it was an emergency. I guess you prefer that on the side of the building? Duly noted.

Really nice to have this in the area where I visit. Never no problems. The staff is friendly. And. Lines are fast

I don’t normally have a need to patronize any CVS, but I was thankful for this 24-​hour location on Thanksgiving night.
Now I feel a story coming on…
My son and his (stunningly gorgeous: D) fiancé drove down from SF for Thanksgiving weekend. And on TG night, about 11pm, my son discovered he was out of contact lens solution.
I know my neighborhood and he doesn’t. So I went out searching for the solution.
There was no one on the roads, kinda creepy!
Ralph’s was closed, my local CVS was closed… so I headed for Chevron convenience store. They didn’t have the solution but tipped me off to the 24-​hour CVS at Torrance & PCH.
There was actually an armed robbery near this intersection some time ago, but I was on a mission & prepared to take on any damn robber… because parents are like that when their kid needs something. (I was flashing back to the days when I was a kid, a million years ago, when little neighborhood «drug» stores had soda fountains & I was enjoying a hot-​fudge sundae with my dad… but that’s another story…)
Two cars were in the dimly-​lit 24-​hour CVS lot when I arrived, in addition to some guy hanging out by the front door. Empty streets all around.
I am a brave old lady but not stupid.
I waited in my car to see if the place was really open. A young man went in, I followed.
The guy hanging out by the door asked how I liked his hair (he didn’t have any) & if I had a cigarette. I ignored him.
Some lady was already inside the store looking for «one of those old-​fashioned disposable cameras». Yes, they have them.
I got the contact solution & headed for the checkout.
I asked the man behind me at checkout if he thought the crazy guy by the door would hassle me on my way out.
The man said, «If he does, I’ll beat the **** out of him.»
I said, OK great… but how ’bout just walking me to my car?
This nice man escorted me to my car, past the rambling crazy guy.
I headed home, quite pleased with myself for a mission accomplished.
I’d been gone a long time (it was well after midnight), so my son asked what happened.
I told him: «Boy, have I got a Unilocal review!»
Thanks CVS for being open on TG night!
(That being said, please stop breeding CVS stores like flies… we don’t need a CVS on EVERY corner…)

Never had any problem here, service was good and fast, my favorite place for miscellaneous house hold items too.

I mostly go here because there is a Chase ATM inside. It’s very convenient when I need to get cash. Does what I need it to do so no complaints.

3 stars for the store itself, 1 star for the fact that it’s open ²⁴⁄₇ & the staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s your average drugstore, nothing special.

What do two girls do at 1am … go shopping at CVS!
Actually, we were specifically in search of my friends nail polish… don’t ask why we decided that at 1am it would be worth driving up and down Sepulveda stopping at all the CVS’s from Manhattan beach to Torrance just for nail polish. BUT here I am passing along the information… this place is 24 hours folks.
The location must be relatively new, and it’s definitely one of the smaller CVSs I’ve ever been in. We ended up staying and browsing for like 45 minutes. Even though it’s small they still had all the basics, including Ruffles sour cream & cheddar chips, the perfect late night snack. I was in heaven!!!
Note, the pharmacy is not open 24 hours!
