I don’t think anyone works here. Empty store but employees seem preoccupied with flirting I guess they don’t want my business.

This location is about par level for a foot locker. They don’t get many of the new releases but when they do, they have a raffle in which is run fairly. They also are pretty fair about the lines after the raffle and are pretty friendly about it. Overall staff is friendly but I believe they could be better by staffing a couple more sales persons on the floor. This location can get busy and it seems they don’t have enough employees.

Ally is the best! Went into the store about three times cause I didn’t know if I was going to get the pair of shoes I wanted online or not. Each time she helped it, made sure the shoes fit nice, asked me questions that showed she cared and when we finally came back the last time, we didn’t see her at first but she saw us and brought the shoes out right away! Even told is about the buy one get one half off for the socks and made great conversion with is. She was really nice and I will definitely return to this location because of the experience my boyfriend and I had today(:

My daughter was looking for a pair of high top converse on Mother’s Day. The price tag on the shoe said $ 44. When I got up to the counter they said the price had changed and that it was actually $ 55. I pointed out that the price tag was their mistake and that good customer service would give the customer that price. I talked to two different people and they absolutely refused. Would not even give a slight discount. Needless to say, I was disappointed, but even more so on Mother’s Day!
