The John Brown Band played the Redondo Beach 4th of July Block Party and had the whole neighborhood rockin’ out all night long. What a party!
After I heard them play, I knew I wanted to hire them for my wedding in San Diego on August 29.
We had a great experience working with John and would recommend them in a heartbeat. The #1 comment from our wedding guests was how awesome the band was!
Upbeat song selection, dance-​ability, and timing were perfect, even with no rehearsal on the Bridal Party Entrance!!! They even played a very special song (Harvest Moon) which I had totally forgotten to request — just perfect. And we got some GREAT pictures. :)

I cannot recommend John Brown enough as a musical performer for any event! I first heard him perform at a friends party in Manhattan Beach and although many there had heard of him and his music before, it was the first time for me — I was impressed. A month later, I was planning a party for my husbands birthday expecting over 180 people and I knew John would be the best choice. Not only did John do a great job of playing many of the songs and artists we requested, but about 10 people came up to me during the party and commented on how talented he is and one man even said, «I didn’t know you were going to have John here. I’ve known him for years. He always makes a party even better!»
