We love Elizabeth and the entire staff at Labouff Family Child Care. My husband and I moved back to Los Angeles after spending a few years in Miami. We were happy to return home but nervous since we had two boys while we were living in Miami and now we needed to rebuild our network in LA and figure out who was going to take care of our little guys. Initially, we looked at 8 different daycares across the SouthBay(we live in Manhattan Beach). We found LFCC in Feb 2014 and couldn’t be happier. Over the past 19 months, Elizabeth has really become an extension to our family. We truly enjoyed the environment that she provides for our boys, its small but social group of babies and toddlers. They spend their days reading books, painting playing learning games and enjoy Elizabeths yard and playground. Our oldest is getting ready for preschool and LFCC is helping us get him potty trained, which is a HUGE help. Overall, we have become really close with the other families and feel that our boys are in a fun, loving and safe environment. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!

The LaBouff family daycare has become an important part of our family. My 16 month old son started in Feb. 2013 unexpectedly because I was put on bedrest while pregnant with my daughter. Elizabeth took my son in with open arms and made this difficult transition much easier on both of us. He loves Elizabeth, Reyna, and all of the other children that attend. As an elementary school counselor and teacher, I can be very critical about childcare facilities. Elizabeth is very professional and compassionate. She follows a daily routine to meet the specific needs of each child. Her home is very welcoming. She has a large fenced backyard that my son loves especially sinve we don’t have one. I would highly recommend the Labouff family daycare. Elizabeth and her assistant take excellent care of my son and now my 8 month old daughter as well.

Not impressed. I looked at over 10 childcare facilities in Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Manhattan Beach. This place was one of the more expensive ones and my absolute least favorite place. First off, the lady’s house is very small, the play room is the size of a walk in closet. She said she currently has 6 kids, but is planning on going up to 9 and that seems way to cramped to me. I also didn’t like the lady who ran the program or her assistant, and the kids I did see, seemed very unhappy when I was visiting. The one good thing about this place is that she has a very nice backyard with lots of equipment and play space, but I’d be worried about those really hot days or days that it rains when most of the kids are inside. I got the impression that Elizabeth is just out to charge ridiculous amount of money and is more obsessed with making money than what’s best for the kids.
