Been going to Mimi for dry cleaning and alterations for years. She’s the sweetest person who will guarantee her work and make sure you are happy. Prices are competitive and work is high quality. You can’t go wrong with supporting a wonderful woman who does great work!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a good quality yet inexpensive dry cleaner. I’ve taken in all types of clothing items and have never been disappointed. They even sewed a button on one of my blazers for no additional charge and without requesting it. They were also able to get red wine drenched lace shorts spotless, impressive! Highly recommend Mimi’s!

I miss Mimi. I have moved out of the area and am still looking for a dry cleaner that is as good as Mimi. It will be hard.
I used Mimi since they were Kelly Cleaners across from the current shop. I was given a 50% off coupon and really used it when I brought over about 100 pieces of my mothers clothing. She was so kind about the whole thing and did a beautiful job.
She has always been very professional, fast, good job on cleaning and some alterations I have had done by her seamstress. Prices always seemed reasonable. She knew my number by memory.
I miss Mimi.

I called and asked for rates.
She said ‘no– I have to keep this line clear for credit card payments’.
Not a good way to get new customers ma’am.

Overall not happy with Miss Mimi!
I have been a regular client the last six months. When I drop off clothes, I usually have a bag full of work shirts/​slacks that need dry cleaned. I negotiated a discount with Mimi at 30% for all dry cleaning.
The first few times it was an automatic 30% discount applied to my total costs. I then noticed that she randomly reduced my discount from 30% to 20%. So, that was disappointing.
A few other things to complain about… I dropped off a Burberry tie with a drink stain. When I picked up my tie, the stain was huge! It looks like a big water spot. The tie is in worse condition after I brought it to the Dry CLEANERS.
Furthermore, I brought Mimi a pair of jeans to patch up at the knees. Her assistant did an awful job! It looked like Stevie Wonder tried to sew. I asked Mimi if she thinks this looks professional. Mimi took the jeans back for her assistant do it again. Second time around, no better. I donated the jeans.
It’s unfortunate that I have been given the run around with discounts, and shatty sew jobs.
I try to shop local all the time! But, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Mimi is the best! We just moved and have to find a new dry cleaners, which has made me realize that Mimi’s prices and service cannot be beaten.

Wow, after the good reviews my wife and I thought we would give it a shot. Mimi was helpful when we dropped off a new dress to be altered. (Worn in the store only) and my suit. Suit came back ok… Not the best cleaning and the shirt steamed but dirty. Her dress came back with a pen mark on the back next to a HORRIBLE stitch job. And a seam that was torn to make the alteration but not reattached all the way. When we pointed out these flaws. She said we made the pen mark and would not fix the seam even tho it was still in the plastic! When I called to talk to her about it after I had a chance to look at it thoroughly. She said she had customers and said she would not fix it.
I am astonished by their lack of professionalism and customer service.

This place is why I started to write reviews on Unilocal!They’re so good that I thought I’d take the extra time to give them a good review. I’m moving out of the area and am so sad to do so. Wish I could move them with me. The shirts are laundered perfectly. I ask for mine with no starch and always get them that way. They take extra care to fold the sleeves in and pin them together so that they don’t wrinkle while they hang. They always have the clothes ready when they tell you. They’re friendly. And the most important thing is that they pay attention to the clothes. Tell them there is a stain, they’ll get it out for you. Forget there’s a stain, they let you know that they found one and got it out or did the best they could to get it out. And to top it all off, they’re prices are extremely reasonable for the area. It took me awhile, but of the six I’ve tried, they’re the most consistent and the most reasonably priced.

I have been to many dry cleaners and the is the best professional cleaners in the south-​bay… .My clothes is always perfect and they have it done on time for you. They make me feel very welcome and they are very nice there. This is my dry cleaners for life!!!

I spent a year trying different cleaners around the area until I settled on Mimi’s. They are very nice here and always have your things finished when they say it will be ready.
The big difference for me was that they listen to you and get your stuff done the way you ask for it. I had a hell of a time getting other places to box and fold my things, and the starch levels on dress shirts at other places randomly change apparently based on how they decided it should be done.
At Mimi’s they do exactly the way you ask for.
