Does not honor published business hours. Closed 30 min prior to time listed on Unilocal and on their door. Waste of time

Took my watch in to have the battery changed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. It cost $ 12. The gentleman whom I assume is the owner was very nice. I’ll be returning in the future.

I have been here a couple times for battery replacement on my watch. Every time was fast and efficient with friendly service. Today, I had to get the leather strap replaced on my watch. Michael (the owner, I believe the only guy who works there) did it in 30 seconds and he did it for free. I offered to pay… even tip him, and he said no thanks with a smile. Very generous of you — thank you Michael!

I was just in Mikes shop yesterday and he is a stand up guy. He let us play the «Win a free battery» game and although we lost we had a great time. The watch repair was extremely quick and he knows exactly what he is doing. There are also a great selection of watches and clocks available. Hes Great!

I had a very noisy ticking clock. I loved the clock but I was ready to give it up because I couldn’t stand the ticking. Right-​Time replaced the hand and the interior mechanism and now I can «live with» my clock.

brought 3 watches in. 1 battery replacement, 1 watch band replacement, and 1 buckle replacement. I got them fixed and I thought their quality of work is solid.
The watch buckle replacement was tricky because the sports band from Timex was quite rare. They managed to fix the watch and it works great now.
I am a fan now.

I’ve gotten my watch battery replaced here before and had a great experience so I came back today because the end piece of my leather watch strap had fallen off. He told me I had to get it sewn first before he could help me out or otherwise I would have to replace the entire leather strap. So I went and got it sewn and when I brought it back he was able to fix it for me with ease. I greatly appreciate his honesty and generous customer service. He could have easily tried to sell me a strap by telling me it was unfixable. I will definitely be back here. Thanks again!

This place is horrible!!! He over charges for batteries and is never there. I brought in 5 watches and he charged me twice what most places charge. Also, he tried to charge me more for another watch. What a joke!!! Also, when I tried to go to the shop, it was closed several times when I tried to go in. He is rarely there on his set hours. I will NEVER go back.

The dude abides or the lady abides in this case. I came here after reading all the positive reviews on Unilocal,and I’m very happy to have stopped by. Michael is a good and honest businessman, he offers free water pressure test and his quote for watch repair is VERY reasonable. Highly recommended.

Michael is a pleasure to meet with every time I need a watch battery. The service is fast and friendly. I was able to run to Whole Foods and the watch was ready when I came back. He even fixed the metal band and polished the finish on a second watch for no additional charge.

I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone in there trade that loved it as much as the owner mike does… super courteous and friendly reasonably priced service .with what you can tell, is a master of his trade.
he totally went out of his way to find me a keeper for my watch band… a 10 dollar item… but the owner went out of his way… making phone call after phone call to look for this very specific item and wound up driving to DTLA to pick it up and install it for me… I used to think customer service was dead… but RIGHT TIME has brought my faith back, thanks mike for all the effort

Michael did a fine repair job on my sentimental old mantle clock. Highly recommended!

Went in and saw Michael because I needed to replace a band on my watch. My watch was a Timex Ironman Watch and I had already ordered the band from Timex. I came in, he installed it, and said no charge… glad to help out.
Great guy, great business, great selection.

I took in a box of my dad’s old watches (to see if they were worth anything) and 2 non-​working clocks to get estimates. One of the clocks would have cost more to fix than what I could sell it for, so that was a goner. The other had sentimental value so I was considering whether or not it was worth repairing. The owner said the watches weren’t worth anything, but he offered to fix one of the clocks for free because he could use the watches for parts. Not only was the clock fixed ahead of schedule, but he actually CALLED to let me know it was ready. (How many times have you heard that one and they never call?) Great service!

Tik Tok on the Clock but the Party don’t Stop… No!
It did stop — my party, my watch party, that is. And all the shakin it, jigglin it, and frowning at it with my Jagger lips didn’t fix it.
So I brought two watches here to Michael cause the party don’t start til I walk in.
+ Stars — Easy peasy Location Parking. It’s a frickin mini-​mall! So park your german love coach with ease, and zip in and out.
+ Stars — Stamp card. I love me the concept of free, even if I never get there (5 stamps for a free battery. That will be for me, in about 2025! lol!)
+ Stars — Michael. What a sweet guy! He replaced the battery in my Tag in lickety split time, then when my stupid black fancypants watch was jacked up, even after trying to replace the battery, he: 1) diagnosed what was wrong 2) looked up the price to order the part to fix it 3) Said he would fix it for the part cost 4) wrote me a little note to remind me what was wrong with the watch and… here’s the amazing thing: Stamped my stamp card ANYWAY for the watch battery (even though he didn’t have to replace it!)
+ Stars — Reasonable! Battery changed in both fancypants watches for $ 18 each yay!
The clocks and watches on the walls and in the cases might interest you, but really you are there to have Michael take great care of you and your timepiece. He’s so sweet, too, bless him! He’ll let you leave the watch with him and stroll off to Whole Foods next door for a java while he slaves away fixin yer ticker.

I would definitely recommend Michael and his shop.
He was able to take apart and repair a pocket watch from the early 1900’s that belonged to my great grandfather. He replaced the crystal, tracked down a new display stand, researched the origins by using the serial number and made sure we were informed as to how it was properly needing to be wound.
He obviously takes great pride in his work and it shows. They are next to whole foods and can replace batteries on Tags and other dive watches without compromised their integrity.
