Got an entirely new look from Amelia and I LOVE IT! She cut in a perfect style, gave me a fantastic color and sent me in my way feeling & looking beautiful.

Ahhhhhh!!! My boyfriend just got home from getting his haircut here. Let me tell you, I want to drive him back to show the manager how bad of a job they did, but he won’t let me. Whoever cut his hair and let him walk out should be fired. He got a buzz, it’s completely uneven. Looks like a four year old had fun on his head. I’m NOT even joking, I wish he’d let me post a picture. It’s so bad it’s not even funny and I think everything is funny. He’s tried a different person three times, he’s all about second chances but same results and never again! I don’t know how this place keeps in business, honestly.

Looking through the reviews I am surprised. Having been coming here for a year and always have had courteous service. I call ahead to make same day appt with stylist of choice. I know what I want for my type of hair (thick and wavy) so no surprises there I have had bad haircuts at fancier salons and great haircuts at this supercut salon

The staff are rude! I went there last night for my child’s trim. 2 girls were sitting in client chairs and not clients. They were sitting there gossiping with a stylist.
It was NOT a welcoming atmosphere to say the least! My child asked for a lollipop as they have been here many times and get one every time. The lady said to my daughter, «we don’t do that anymore.» Wow! What happened to the ladies that worked there for years? Where did they go? These girls need customer service skills. Please help them.

Good place to get haircut for kids. Make sure to call in to put their name on the list, that way you save them a spot. They don’t take any other kind of appointments. Staff has been always nice to us over the years.

I got my hair cut from here once for my sister’s wedding a couple years ago (2010). I told the lady I wanted a 1 cut and that is what I got. My parents told me I should of got my back tapered, ehhh oh well.
The waiting area, I don’t remember seeing any car magazines, WTH man. Time Magazine… Yes.
So what I remember, I asked her for a cut and I didn’t socialize with the lady, just got my hair mowed and paid the overpriced haircut and left and went home (most likely) and showered off my near bald head.
I don’t usually pay people to chop/​mow my hair down these days. I used to go to Manny’s barber shop on Calle Mayor but I wanted to save money. Anywho I used to come here with my dad and watch him get a hair cut, they do alright.
Will I be back, no cause I have my own clippers.

This place is terrible. The manager is very unprofessional and rude. Too bad they are so close to our house.

Super Cuts? Super Shitty! The Con listed on my earlier review as «they do not take appointments» really should say unless they want to… The staff has the discretion to make you wait or give you an appointment regardless of what they say. Here is what happened. The rude receptionist picks up at 10:45 am and say that «Geri» will not be in until 11 am. I tell her I am on my way in. She tells me there are people in line and it’s first come, first serve. I ask if she could jot down my name, she says no. I arrive at 11:03 am and Geri is already cutting someone’s hair. (BTW, I’ve only had my haircut once with her. She is not that professional. She calls in sick a lot and is the only nicely groomed of the bunch so that makes her stand out…) There is no once else waiting. The waiting area is empty. So I arrive and ask to wait for Geri. I am told by the rude receptionist that it will be while because she is cutting someone’s hair and someone is waiting for her that «called in». I was like, «what?» Called in? And it escalated from there… They are rude, inconsistent and come on — it’s Super Cuts, so it’s my fault. Going back to the traditional beauty salons with real stylists and worth every penny…

Great haircut and the stylist was very nice. In and out in 15 minutes.

Sign says they open at 9:00 AM. First employee showed up at 9:10 and blamed traffic (but still had time to show up with a bag full of Starbucks), first customer taken at 9:15. Not a huge deal unless you’re in a hurry as I was. Horrible way to run a business, but the final result was still a decent haircut.

I’m so frustrated with this Supercuts, I’m giving up on it. They have no respect for the appointment times they make! (Either that or they’re REALLY bad at making appointments.)

When my hair could double for kitchen floor mop, it is time for a hair cut. I looked up this Supercuts and was surprised by the great reviews. Plus if you signed up for Supercuts email list, you’ll get a $ 2 off coupon. Armed with shaggy hair and a coupon, I was ready!
An older Hispanic lady greeted me when I walked in and I was seated right away. It was helpful that I was the only one there. She asked what I wanted and went straight to snipping. I was nervous at first but I could tell she knew what to do. The cut was quick and painless. Exactly how it should be. Haircuts should not take one hour. I’m talking to you fancy salons!
For some unknown reason, they don’t list prices on their website. My gift to you. Standard haircuts is $ 16. Need a shampoo also? It’s $ 19. You’re welcome!
Would I come back? Yup!

I came in with one idea, and I was pleased to get a collaborative, alternative, yet ultimately complimenting cut.
I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks.
Be sure to call ahead to save waiting; some stylists have fans, and that’s no surprise after being treated so well here…

In need for a quick fix to your hair, head to this place if you are a guy and you really don’t care for all these hair salons in Redondo Beach.
I needed a haircut for a job interview the following day and I was in search for a decent place to get the job done. Shoot me for considering Oliveri Joe Hair Design as it was priced approximately $ 30 for a haircut. WOW… Thank God there was no available hair stylist for a walk-​in like me. Will need to schedule an appt ahead of time if you choose to go there. Given the time of Thursday late afternoon/​early evening, I proceeded in search for another place.
At last, I decided to go here at Supercuts. Walked right into the chair. For $ 18+tip, I got my hair shampooed and cut the way I want it with no extra «flair» as one would possible get at a hair salon.
After about 15 – 20 minutes, I was out the door and smiling.

The secret is to call them first so that you can get an appointment. Otherwise, you can wait a long time. Ph # is 310.316.5507
All of the people that work there are first rate. There are some I like more than others, but I typically don’t request anyone because everyone does a good job.
In you are like me and want to save time, it’s situated in a mini mall with Longs Drugs, Subway, Maui Teriyaki, UPS Store, Pony Express Cleaners and a florist.
