SuperStar Fitness Boot Camp

I have been going to Superstar Fitness bootcamp for several years. I started with a couple of other camps locally but these camps do not compare. I love being on or near the beach in the morning it is so refreshing and invigorating. Other camps I attended were located in odd locations performed on hard pavement and they just werent as fun or uplifting.
Alec the owner is like having a personal trainer and motivational life coach all in one. I highly recommend Superstar Fitness to any who is wanting to make a change-​up their game or just wanting to have fun while benefiting from results that are amazing.

I recently joined SuperStar Fitness a couple of weeks ago and I’m already hooked. There are really three main points to take away from why this really outdoes any other type of program, gym or class you will ever find anywhere. PERIOD.
1. Group Inspiration and Motivation:
I for one have never been a fan of the gym or working out by myself. I always felt it was something you got over with and was never very consistent. And for me, there’s nothing fun about treadmills, ellipticals or machines. I think there’s a lot of us out there who feel the same way. It’s more a chore unless you have someone to work out with. With this program, you’re being pushed, motivated and inspired by everyone around you. You’re surrounded by those that have done it many times and you see how strong they are. That’s inspiring. And with a group, it’s just fun and something you actually look forward to doing. Even P90x which is sweeping the nation and a very challenging workout is still at the end of the day a guy on TV saying the same thing over and over again and unless you find a group to do it with, you’re working out by yourself.
2. Always challenging, always changing:
Unlike a gym or even any class that you take at a gym, you never know what’s going to be thrown at you and it’s always changing. I love that. The instructor, Alec is constantly pushing you and keeping you challenged. Most classes you find are very specific and cover just one aspect like yoga or kickboxing or cardio. This is just everything.
3. It’s ON THE BEACH!:
That’s just enough said. What other program can you think of where you workout on the beach. And working out in the sand is ten times harder than anything I’ve ever done.
All in all– it’s better than any other class or workout program that I’ve ever found and it’s also not expensive. So if you don’t have tons of money to throw around for a private trainer and personal nutritionist, and you enjoy working in a group environment that is challenging and fun, than there’s nowhere else to look. This is a blast.
