So me and my husband waited an hour to get served and food still is not here in an hour and a half our waiter was horrible and my husbands salad came so late he was full off the bread horrible service will never come back to this one

Never have I been disappointed at a Cheesecake factory. Parking: Ever since Redondo Beach did the street renovations, street parking hasn’t been great. Parking has become more limited to the valet($ 4 + tip), or the self-park lot if you’re lucky… I’m never lucky, or I’m just too hungry to wait for someone to leave, lol. Service: **RESERVATIONSARENOTACCEPTED, so always inquire about the wait if you know you won’t be able to sit and wait for a table** The service at this particular location has always been great, and the servers have always been very attentive. I’ve noticed that the bar area tends to get less attention, so sometimes you’ll just have to flag down any server you can make eye contact with, but otherwise they’re pretty good. They pack your leftovers too, and are always happy to check with the kitchen if you’re concerned about substitutions based on preference or dietary need. They accommodate large parties here, and are also really great when it comes to hosting large events upstairs. I had my grad luncheon here and they’re fantastic at helping you plan and really make it exactly how you want it(e.g. linens, decorations, menu, etc.). Happy Hour: Happy hour is 4−6pm, and they have a pretty decent selection of appetizers and drinks. Really sad that they removed the calamari from the happy hour menu, but happy to say that the avocado egg rolls are still there! Fun fact: portion sizes during happy hour are the same as in the normal dining area, so be prepared to get stuffedddd. Food: PORTIONSAREHUGE… and they also offer complimentary squaw and sourdough bread with butter. Contrary to the more upscale restaurants, Cheesecake factory offers scenic waterfront dining where you can ALSO get your money’s worth when it comes to portion sizes. Most dishes average about $ 16-$ 18, but I almost always leave with leftovers. There’s a ridiculously large selection of chicken dishes, but they’re consistently prepared and yummy. The chicken piccata, chicken bellagio, chicken stuffed tortillas, and moroccan chicken are all great. The appetizers are pretty well-sized for a family of 4/possibly 5 if you’re eating it along with the endless bread. Desserts are obviously cheesecake or cheesecake, lol. Personally, I’m anti-cheesecake, so I can’t say whether or not they’re good. However, I’ve dined with enough people who love it, so it’s probably worth it. P. S., they’re brunch menu is delicious!

I just like the ambiance of the Cheesecake Factory. My go-to choice whenever I go is either the shrimp scampi or Cajun Jambalaya. Yum! The shrimp scampi is sautéed in a delicious garlic light wine sauce and is served over linguini or rice. You can also request it be served over a bed of sautéed spinach to lose the starch calories. The Cajun jambalaya has shrimp and chicken with green and red peppers, red onions and bits of tomato tossed in linguini. I always ask for extra spice and it is like an explosion of flavor. I take turns getting either or every time I go. Can’t wait for my next visit!

We were a party of five and My spicy cashew chicken plate came with hair in the mashed potatoes. Server took my plate and said they will replace it within minutes. 20 minutes later another server brought me a pasta plate instead, took it back and I didn’t get my food til everyone in my party was done eating and we received no apology for the hair or the delay. As we were leaving we asked for the manager in charge and asked if he was aware of the incident and replied that he was informed and his exact words were«better late than never» and he said that he is only in charge of the lobby and the bakery and that he overheard of couple of hair issues at the same time. I have frequented this location over the past couple of years– and am always met with exceptional service, a great view, and tasty dishes. Our waitress Sara is lovely! :) She recommended a couple of dishes that were delectable, and was so pleasant and friendly every time she checked up on us. Altogether, the staff are friendly. The Valet even pointed us to an area where parking is free.(avoiding the 4 $ charge) Not only that, one of the servers(who brought out our dishes + showered the pasta in cheese) went out of his way to bring our table Sriracha, even though for some reason the bottle exploded on him when he opened it!(he came back with splatters on his shirt), + with a HUGE grin and good attitude despite that happening. The view is beautiful. It adds to creating a pleasant ambiance! I would definitely recommend bringing a date or your mama here :) yum: –Sweet Corn Tamale cakes(has sour cream, salsa, avocado & salsa verde). It reminds me of corn bread, with a twist! –Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta(has chicken, asparagus, peppers, peas, garlic, etc). This pasta dish has so many different textures, and comes in abundance! My friend and I split this dish and didn’t even finish the whole thing. It leans toward the creamier side, but is delish to have once in awhile. –Carrot Cheesecake(ONEOFMYFAVORITES)

Though they tend to overbrown the bread on my girlfriend’s Cuban sandwich, everything else is fantastic, especially the cheesecake. Not crazy about mandatory valet parking($ 4), either. We have a wheelchair tag, but those spots are almost always full.

Okay, seriously had the beat time at this restaurant last night. It all started off with Jazmin(host) who was such a kind girl. She greeted us and even asked where we would like to be seated. Wow !! Thank you so much for asking. Then our server«Natalie S» this girl is such an angel. She treats us with such love and kindness her service has been one of the best service I have ever received in my life. She never forget what we ask for, she is on top of refills she does not rush us out. You can tell this girl truly enjoys working there. Its employees like that, that truly make the business. From now on I am requesting her as my server if I had the option of putting 10 stars for this employee I would. She goes above and beyond. Employees that brought our food and drinks out were so sweet and attentive ugghh! i love it when i receive outstanding service like this. Tho thumbs up!

The great thing about Cheesecake Factory is there is always something for everyone! I love their Vegan Cobb salad delicious! So many veggies and I love it. Fish and chips is done so well it’s still light and flaky with tummy fries. If like fish their miso salmon is delicious. I always crave this one. Avocado egg rolls is another favorite! Simply AMAZING! I was craving chicken piccata and I was near the Redondo Beach area. I was very pleased to say the least. The staff is extremely friendly and the food was very delicious! This is the first time I’ve had EXCELLENT at any restaurant! Our waiter Rob was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable. He breaks down the meal you choose and asks if everything(the ingredients) are everything that you’re okay with. He’s very energetic and is simply fun to talk to. He’s is so funny as well! The restaurant is also by the water, so you get a view of the ocean and boats. Very nice! I’m sold! I’ll never visit another Cheesecake Factory again. This will be my go to from now on! I come to this location quite often, but recently I came to grab a few slices of cheesecake and had the most pleasant experience due to a wonderful girl named Mia. She was so kind, prompt and personable. I ordered the s’more cheesecake & asked her to toast my marshmallow topping just a bit more than usual(basically burn it) lol and she happily made sure it was super perfect for me. Thank you Mia :)

Cheesecake Factory is the kind of restaurant you go back to week after week because it’s so good and they have so many options to choose from. They was over 200 menu items so you are bound to find something you like The food is a great value considering the huge portions you get. The food is always consistently great, but the same is not true about the service. The service is good most of the time but sometimes it can be pretty bad. TIP: do not sit outside at this location. The service has always been so bad whenever we sat outside. I usually get the miso salmon with mashed potatoes instead of rice, which is $ 19.99. The portion is huge. One of my favorite dishes. The side of Mac n cheese, which is almost $ 7. Is the best Mac n cheese I have ever had. It’s so cheesy and saucy it’s sooooooooooo good. ANOTHERTIP: if you want the salad get the garden salad. It’s 6 $ and almost the size of an entrée salad. Some other great dishes are any pizza, eggplant parmigiana, four cheese pasta, almond crusted salmon salad and avocado egg rolls. This is one of my favorite places to eat. If they can just perfect the service it would be the BEST place to eat.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a CF! Came here to celebrate with my parents and the hubby, only to look back and say, «It sounded like the perfect spot at the time!» Brunch with a view, refreshing drinks & their infamous(red velvet) cheesecakes, what can possibly go wrong?! Well let me tell ya… pretty much, customer service was a huge let down and food was average. I had high expectations from the last time I’ve been but I guess I was wishful thinking. The customer service we received in San Diego was way better. It’s been a while but I totally remember how exceptional they were – quick and on top of things the whole time we were there. On our visit to this location, we arrived right at opening so the parking lot was still empty – 3 to 4 cars tops. No need for the valet. We walked in and had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. Not bad. We weren’t on a time crunch. We chose to sit at the outdoor patio for the beautiful view. Just our luck, other groups had the same idea. If only I knew we were going to be stuck with ONE server and she has to serve 5 or more tables all at once, best believe I would’ve asked to move back inside instead. It bothered me the most but my group didn’t seem to mind so much until later on. Our server forgot multiple requests we had asked her to do/bring over to the table, so we had to constantly remind her. She was multitasking okay-ish at the beginning but she could’ve also asked for back up. Anyways, food was a wait as well. But that, I didn’t care so much. Thankfully, they had warm breads and butter for the table as starters. We also added the avocado eggrolls as appetizers. It looked the most appealing off the menu but it was okay. I didn’t like how their menu was never-ending too. IDK if that’s just me. It made it so difficult to choose. Options are great but it was time-consuming. My entire group found ourselves flipping through back and forth and we kept changing our minds… basically, we had to settle. I didn’t like that. I wanted to like CF, i really did. Our experience just wasn’t as great. We ordered desserts for take out and ordered at the counter. Damn, I don’t remember the slices being so expensive. The ladies behind the counter wasn’t as cheerful either. C’mon now, the day just started. Be happy? It was my first and last at this CF location. #ByeNow

Service is the pits at the bar — even when not busy. No excuse for that. However, the avocado egg rolls were bomb and they were recommended by the bartender in a rare moment we could speak to him. The woman dining a couple of stools down from us was pissed at how she was being treated/ignored so we know it wasn’t just us. The cheesecake would be my last dessert ever if I could choose one — it is so good. When ordering from the counter at the front, be prepared to wait about 20 minutes. You are put in a queue and have to wait until all take out food orders are taken by phone and completed. If I were the owner here, I would have someone just doing cake to-go orders to expedite things and keep people flowing out the door. Recommended are the dulche de leche caramel and Adam’s peanut butter and fudge ripple. Thankfully, I do not live near here or I would be here too often/at the gym too often!

I don’t usually care to write reviews for big chains, but this Cheesecake Factory is legit. Ask to sit on the outside patio if it’s a beautiful day! The service is great, the ambiance can’t be beat with plenty of space and located right on the water, and the food and drinks… impressive menu, big portions, consistent flavors(esp important if you are the type that orders the same thing every time), and really tasty. Don’t forget to order a slice of cheesecake! TIP: Only eat half of your meal so you can get the yummy dessert =) The slices are HUGE and I generally share with a couple people(and we don’t always finish). They have a good sized banquet room and bar upstairs. We almost had our wedding reception here(they can set up your ceremony there too) but it could not accommodate our 200+ guest list. I’ve been here for a buffet style birthday lunch as well and the party attendees were not disappointed. The only reason I’m docking is because of the required valet($ 4). NOTE-There is metered street parking available now if you would rather save a couple dollars.

Comparing with the Pasadena location(which I considered as 3-stars), this Cheesecake Factory had a pretty spotty service — food took forever to come and the waitress never followed up and asked about what drink I want. *** Miso Salmon(Fresh Miso Marinated Salmon Served with Snow Peas and a Delicious Miso Sauce — brown rice, $ 20): Quality of fish was pretty average(tasted somewhat stale) and the only decent part about this dish was sweet teriyaki sauce — basically a completely overpriced dish for the quality you are getting in return. *** Good complimentary brown bread and easy self parking(especially during weekday lunch hours), but those were the only two positive things I can think of.

Wowzers! The SALTEDCARAMELCHEESECAKE is to die for! Smooth, not extremely sweet, caramel on top was just great and oh, I can eat the whole slice if I wanted to. Parking was terrible but there was valet service and because we came here for a to-go-dessert so there’s a saved space for such. There was no line at the CC counter so it was fast. But for a Wednesday night, I didn’t expect this place to be super packed with diners!
