I have had nothing but a Good Experience here. The couple that runs the place is very nice and very Accommodating. I have checked other labs in the area and find them to be a bit lower in price and with a HIGHQUALITY product and Very fast turn around time. I have had many pictures copied or blown up, Christmas cards and other stuff processed and it has been great.

After reading the negative reviews I had to say something. I’ve been using this lab for over a year and I have never had a bad experience. They are quick(I’ve had prints returned in 24 hours) and knowledgeable. The price to scan negatives does seem high. However, you get high resolution scans that are definately worth it. I have an Epson v700 scanner but if I need something printed I will have them scan it. Try getting the same results out of a low-end scanner. A+ service for me. I definately recommend them.

Wow, I don’t agree with the previous Unilocalsters at all. I am a professional photographer and have used this place numerous times. It is absolutely great and the couple there couldn’t be nicer. I guess their competition decided to post a bunch of fake reviews.

I’m compelled to post a review, particularly after reading the others, because my experience was really the opposite of the theirs: I called the lab first, spoke with a gentleman over the phone who was very helpful, then visited the store two hours later and was helped by a young woman and also the owner(who remembered me from the phone). Both were very kind, courteous and helpful, even when we wondered if the disc I’d just brought in crashed their computer(it ultimately didn’t, but I was very nervous!). When I returned to pick up the photos two days later, the same young woman was there, but wasn’t *quite* as courteous as previously(perhaps the owner wasn’t on site?) but I was still happy with the photos, quality and price.

I called them today to inquire about getting some black and white film scanned. This is just one roll of 24 exposures, uncut. I figured it should be pretty cheap. Nope. The lady told me it would be $ 2 per frame if I wanted hi-res JPEGs(as opposed to like 1024×768 px files, which would be $ 1.25). So to scan 24 pictures, it would cost me $ 48. Or approximately half the price of a low-end negative scanner. I don’t really know how the rest of the prices are, but this seems ridiculously high. I wouldn’t go here unless I needed some highly specialized work done, like drum scanning or artwork reproduction.
