More than one organization I’m a part of have made fliers or printed their lit here and service has always been friendly, with no complaints from us on price or turn around time. Just wish this place was closer to downtown Redwood City! Parking is a bear, but if you’re just stopping in to pick up an order and zoom back out it’s no big deal.

Be cautious when working with CopyCopies. I’ve had my up and down experiences with them. The latest experience being they messed with my file. I had sent them a high resolution TIF file and somehow they materialized and printed a low resolution JPG file. When I went to pick up my prints, they were pixelated. I’ve been doing graphic design for 10yrs and never have I seen a printing company downgrade or alter a file without permission from the customer. They reprinted the flyers with the correct file direct from me, but when I went to pickup the reprints, they tried to charge us for both the reprints and the messed-up originals. I showed them written confirmation I had received from them, that they had received the TIF file originally. The manager said that it was a typo and it was really a JPG. Had it really been a JPG file, I would have never allowed the prints to go through. I’m not quite sure how this JPG file even got made since I don’t even have one. Either way, if it was a typo, then it would be their mistake for making that typo that changed the way the prints were done. Common rule with all printers I’ve worked with: if it’s their mistake, they don’t charge. I ended up paying for 50% of the originals in an effort to settle things with them. As we were finishing up, the manager was going off about how we are bad people. Their printing quality is decent and despite this experience I was going to give them 2 or 3 stars, but«bad people» only give 1 star.
