If there was a zero allowed, I would use that instead. The apartments were decent, but the living situation was a nightmare. Living here was like living under the rule of nazis. I have heard from almost every tenant how horrible management is here. Especially, from the one dictator, Kelly. Horrible lady. She is the worst property manager imaginable. I now see why the apartments are cheap, but it is not worth it. And I consider myself an educated, good tenant who never had problems. The staff here don’t care about you, and if you complain, they threaten to evict you. They disregard all negative feedback and talking to them is pointless. But again, the worst is KELLY. She needs to be fired or get seriously laid. You cannot do anything on this property. You cannot invite guests, you can’t bring people over to use the pool, and the list goes on and on. I let my friend borrow my key once to get something out of the house, and Kelly complained that I had someone living with me not on the lease, and she was going to kick me out if he continued to live there. First of all, seriously I can’t let a friend borrow my key?! what if there was an emergency. Dorms are more lenient than this place. My boyfriend also came over often, and she threatened to kick me out because she claimed that he was living with me, when apparently he was just my boyfriend and stayed often to be with me. She is always lurking around and wants to know your business. I was afraid to bring my mom over because I felt like she was going to yell at me. She is a deranged witch mad with power. Common, I’m an adult and I feel like I have to sneak around like I’m doing something wrong. It felt like a prison. Management here are bullies. I’m surprised someone hasn’t trashed her car. She is literally the worst. I cannot stress that enough. Good luck to whoever lives here. I’m glad I am no longer living there.
