I have noticed this location slip over the years. The seem to have gotten stingier and stingier. Thin slices of meat, thin slices of cheese, lots of lettuce filler in the sandwiches. Even silly things like keeping napkins behind the counter(you are lucky if they give you one per sandwich — not enough if you bring young kids). Worst of all, the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Why would I pay a premium price for a sandwich there?

I went to Quiznos in Redwood City on Woodside Road with my sister for lunch and we ordered small chicken sandwiches. We noticed that most of the sandwich was lettuce and only a few pieces of chicken for $ 9.00 each. So we went up to the counter and asked for a little more chicken on our sandwiches and the manager Stephanie said we could not have more chicken because we ordered the small size. She was arguing over the counter across to our table while other customers were eating their lunch embarassing us. She was arguing why we could not have more chicken. We asked for our money back and said we would never eat there again and we asked to speak to the Manager and she said she was the manager. We were appalled that a manager would treat customers in that manner. We do not recommend this establishment. Not even worthy of one star.

Cheap and good for on the go! Now this is a pretty big Quiznos, you can most likely eat here with a big crowd.

Quizno’s used to be an upscale version of Subway. They still somewhat are classier but now Subway toasts their bread too. Toasted bread is the best! Quizno’s has better soup and salad options though and seems a little bit more authentic to me… I haven’t been in a while but may be back if I’m craving a sandwich… I tend to prefer the smaller, fancier deli’s around here though!
