Sang Personal Trainer

As a fitness professional myself whose been in the industry since 1990 I can tell you Sang is a great trainer! She is highly knowledgeable in Kettle-​bells, barbells, Dumbbells, and has great understanding of all fitness applications. She also has experience in corrective exercise which applies to almost everyone. Her personality is infectious and motivating. Very easy to talk to and has a great eye for teaching. She even teaches Parkinson’s exercise classes. She has taught me how to swing, improved my squat in a major way, and even changed my dead-​lift to a summo stance. Which payed off in a major way because I am puling 90 pounds more than I ever have. I have personally seen her students and her clients excel to the highest level under her guidance.
