Great service, prompt, friendly, and helpful at all times. I was told by two other Sprint stores in tri-​valley area that the phone desired would take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive and that it is not possible to get it in 4 to 5 days as this Sprint store said. Tried to go directly to Apple but their plan was more expensive. So I took my chance with this Sprint store and I got the phone in 4 days. I always come to this store and I have never been disappointed.

Eduardo helped me a great deal. Needed to unload thousands of pictures off old phone & clear everything so it could be activated & sent off to my daughter in LA. Even at my age Eduardo was able to explain the technology & what I needed to do in a way I could understand. Amazing! Thanks Eduardo

Any and every time I’ve needed cell phone related assistance, I’ve been met with extreme frustration. UNTIL NOW! From the moment I walked in the door, this staff showed above par conduct. This is the first time I’ve seen a Sprint staff full of friendly attitudes.
I came in with a difficult problem. Someone in Saudia Arabia used my number to accumulate over $ 400 in charges. I needed the bill fixed and my line secured. Not only was it an enormous, time-​consuming-​painstaking task, but they wouldn’t receive a cent of commission for their efforts.
Jhonatan Andrade is the superhero of Sprint services. He not only (gladly) solved my problem, but also created a friendly atmosphere for me to enjoy, while I waited. Keep in mind this was a difficult problem almost unknown to Sprint. Johonatan was quick, resourceful, and tenacious.
Next time I upgrade, or know of any Sprint customers doing the same, I will send them to this location. Outstanding service is well worth the drive. If Johonatan isn’t there, I’m confident in the exceptional customer service demonstrated by the rest of the staff.

I was sent to the RWC Sprint store as the Belmont Store where I usually do business did not have the phone I wanted in stock.
I was assisted by both John and Jacqueline about a week ago. I was unsure if I wanted a 6 or 6+ iPhone. They were both so extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about their wonderful customer service. I will say that because they provided such excellent service I will now conduct my Sprint business in Redwood City although it is a drive for me and I will pass at least three sprint stores on my way to Redwood City.

The store manager is so chill she loves country music !
Everyone in this store provides great customer service, they offer me a job twice I refused because the pay is wack but they are still good people. Come to this store screw the Palo Alto corporate store they suck !

The service at the Sprint store on el Camino Real in Redwood City is exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I must acknowledge Jesus C. for being friendly, knowledgeable and patient (complete package). He was the cherry on top

It saddens me to say that the employees here seem to lack satisfactory abilities to maintain a functional workplace. Simple tasks that would take no less than 30 minutes at a Corporate store take hours here, and waiting customers are not reassured during their visit. They are also allowed to implement certain policies such as mandating the purchase of accessories when upgrading a phone because they are a 3^rd party retailer. Unfortunately, their store practices, lack of professionalism, and illiteracy in technology/​sprint protocol reflect badly on the company as a whole… at least to this customer. Proper training and inspection should be consistently implemented by Sprint to ensure that the already declining status of their name isn’t further damaged by 3^rd party retailers like this one. Very disappointed… :/

This place is simply awful. If I could give it Negative stars, I would! Aside from the filthy interior, the exceedingly long wait time was insane, and the employees were disinterested and slow. Extremely slow. We entered the store and signed in on the waiting list, and were told it would be about a half hour. It was an hour+! They were understaffed and to be honest, all the employees seemed to have ZERO customer service training. They laughed at us when we asked if they thought they would be able to help us soon.

Worst costumer service! I ordered 2 iPhones in a specific color and got me 1 iPhone in a color I never requested. Now I have to wait up to a month because they said it would take a long time! Plus they they have no idea were the second phone I ordered went.

I haven’t been to this location (or any location) since my last visit two years ago. I shattered my iPhone 4s last night (insert sad face) and paid Sprint a visit to upgrade. Excellent customer service by Luis (I wish I remembered his last name)! He informed me they did not have iPhone 6 in stock but was very helpful in helping me order the phone to be delivered giving me detailed information about all of the costs and any changes that would be made to my plan/​bill due to the new phone. He was really friendly as was all of the staff working there today! This is definitely my go-​to Sprint store. Always a nice experience.

So here I am on a Friday!!! There is 3 workers here and it takes like a half hour or a? ucken hour to just wait and then finally be helped!!! Wow!!! Then I have to explain my whole story about returning the product and then I go back get the product to lose my place in line and wait another hour again.
Basically sprint service sucks ass!!! I’m still going to get charge a restocking fee!!! Even though I explained that the guy didn’t explain the price plans clearly! It was explained allot better on the customer service phone. Now I have to go back in the store to buy the iPhone 6 withy the upgrade!!! Instead of doing there installment plan. Wow things are so complicated here!!!
There policies are so complicated that it takes like a whole hour presentation to get you to buy the plan!!!
Better to stick with your grandfather plan if you have one!!!

Sign in at the front and wait for service at the comfortable seating area. I was helped by the assistant store manager Luis who was great.
Like other Sprint stores (or all wireless stores for that matter), they have accessories for sale lining the walls and model phones out on display.
They were open very late and let me leave to get food while I waited for my name to be called. There were 3 separate staff members helping customers and they seemed to be pretty efficient compared to my past in-​person mobile phone troubleshooting experiences.
I also learned from Luis that BEST BUY Geek Squad had WASTED MY TIME AND GAS DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC by telling me I had to go to a Sprint store to get my SIM card issue resolved when Best Buy mobile department (30 feet away from the Geek Squad counter in the same Best Buy store) could have done it for me right then and there.

My wife was interested in upgrading her phone. We were instructed by Sprint customer service that the device that she wanted in the color that she wanted was available at the Sprint corporate store in San Mateo. So, we drove to San Mateo.
We were surprised that the workers in San Mateo couldn’t help us because «their system was down» and had been «down» for some time making it impossible to use a device upgrade.
We avoid the Sprint corporate store in Palo Alto (which is close to our home) because it is poorly run and we have had issues almost every time we have visited the store. The much-​nicer store in Mountain View has some great employees, but they didn’t have the device in stock. We tried the store in Sunnyvale, but they had the same «system down» issue. We were advised to go to Best Buy and Radio Shack, but neither of them had the device in stock.
As a «final attempt» of the day (and we were already exhausted), we called the Sprint store in Redwood City. A friendly voice on the phone confirmed that they had the device in stock (she had just worked on the inventory) and told me that she was hold one for me. She also confirmed that they weren’t having any difficulties with upgrading a line.
We drove to Redwood City and they were actually expecting us. We had a short wait (you have to sign in and they assist customers in order of that sign in sheet) and bought the device and activated it within twenty minutes. We were very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the workers.
The next day, we realized that we were having some issues with our device. It was shutting down and rebooting during every call. I drove back to the store and feared that there would be a hassle (like there is ALWAYS at the Palo Alto store). Instead, they looked at my device and replaced it with another. I was in-​and-​out of the store — with contacts transferred — within fifteen minutes! There was NO HASSLE!
On a side note: I noticed that the employees were treating every person visiting the store with respect, dignity and professionalism. There were individuals who were obviously from low-​income households and some who couldn’t speak English, but those customers weren’t treated any differently than anyone else. It was very refreshing to see!
This was a surprisingly pleasant experience! We have made up our minds that this will be our Sprint store of choice from now on!
*On a side not, it can be difficult to find a parking space. I am not too familiar with the area, so I had to park a half-​block away. Thankfully, I was able to park right in front of the store the next day.

So. Bad.
Two days ago was my 18^th birthday so me and my mom went in to get the iPhone 5s as a birthday gift for myself. We started working off with Joshua to set up an account and he was SO great, very nice and out of this world helpful! However, his manager or whoever he was kept interfering with him even though he was doing a great job and it was really annoying and frustrating!
After that Joshua had to hep another customer and so another employee came to help and was not as friendly and also tried to convince me to not get the 5s and choose another. I felt kind of uncomfortable because I knew what I wanted when I came in but he kept at it. I also informed him that I wanted to purchase the Space Grey 5s and he told me that i’d be put onto a waiting list for about a month or so. That really bummed me out and I was surprised because I would understand if it was for the Gold but not for Space Grey. I also heard this particular employee talking to another and telling him that he can’t wait for the 5s, however to my face he said that I should get another phone because he has an iPhone and can’t wait to get off it!
Anyways by this point I was so angry when Joshua came over and I told him the situation. He then let me know that actually for the Space Grey model I’d probably only have to wait about 2 weeks at the most! I could not believe it. The only reason we stayed and continued with the plan and what not was because of that one great employee who also by the way informed us of possible discounts and better plans that other employees wouldn’t. So now the wait begins and I swear i’m only going into that place if Joshua is there…

This store is horrible. The customer service, well lack of customer service and knowledge is ridiculous. I will never go back. They are arrogant. I have never been treated like that before. Stay away from this store.

MEH. OK – not great. I was having such major customer service problems with my cellphone carrier that I decided to dump the contract. I was quite impressed initially with this Sprint office location even though I did have to wait awhile, even during work hours. They seemed to know what they were doing and seemed to be aware of issues transferring numbers over from the previous carrier whose tech team and customer service are incompetent. So it took about 2 days to get the number transferred and straightened out – they blamed this on the previous carrier and given my experience with them I believed them and found that credible.
I had to turn in my cellphone for recycling and then buy the very same phone from Sprint in order to get Sprint’s service (I decided I couldn’t be bothered w/​jailbreaking the phone). I got about $ 100 credit toward recycling and a $ 50 rebate for the new phone (what I thought w/​b same phone as my old one). So I was out about $ 50 to get the phone plus another $ 35 for sign-​on, along with having to sign on to another 2-​yr contract.
However, I was disappointed that I was not given the same phone I walked in with, i.e. I had twice the «hard disk» space on my old phone as the new one; when I asked about this I was told that I really didn’t need all the space that the old phone had anyway. OH REALLY? Hey dude, that would be up to ME, not you.
I also discovered that my apps had not been transferred, only my contacts. When I asked about this I was told I needed to buy and download them again. Of course, I should have thoroughly backed up the phone prior to bringing it in, but I feel I should have been told my apps wouldn’t be transferred along with the contacts.
I also contacted them afterwards about exchanging phones and of course, after they had my business and a signed contract, got a much less helpful and friendly response. I wanted to pre-​order a phone that will be coming out about 4 days after my exchange period expires. So, all in all, OK, but not great.

Great experience today! Even before I was fully inside the door, Kevin gave me a pleasant and very friendly greeting. He exceeded my expectations when he made my exchange happen even though my purchase was way outside the 14 day window and my product was still under manufacturer warranty. He even suggested to the lady supervisor (who was more unhelpful than anything… as well as slightly rude) that he contact ‘eric’ who’s higher on the managerial food chain about my unique situation. Kevin spoke to eric, explained the situation very clearly and BAM! …Issue resolved! Thank you Kevin!!!

I came into the store just after they opened and was greeted by a guy and girl, both friendly and smiling. I asked about upgrading our family plan and phones and they answered all my questions knowledgeably and even asked if I was credit union member because I could get a better discount. I am and I did.
I’ll be going back to them in the future if I ever need to go into a Sprint Store.

I had just made the switch from AT&T to Sprint to take advantage of their unlimited data plan for the iPhone 5, and began to regret it when I tried to activate my phone by calling their customer service line. In short, they had no idea what was going on with my account, and told me it would take a few days to activate a MOBILE phone. WTF, right?
So I went to this Sprint store to speak with someone in person. Tyler not only sussed everything out for me by calling the company on my behalf, he got my phone activated in minutes (as it should take) while offering helpful tips about my service all with a friendly demeanor. Thanks!
