My LCD screen broke, so I went in for some options. Ended up with a new phone(which I needed) and I am super impressed and happy with my clerk, Elena. Very nice, and knew what she was doing. Thank you Elena!!!

I’ve been to this store several times the last few years. I never felt the need to write any review until now. I came in to get a new phone and number since I’ve been with Sprint for a few months(never going back) and was helped by Johana I was greeted as soon as I walked in and directed to the available worker. We talked about what phones were on sale and the phone that would best fit me and my price range. I never felt rushed even though I kept asking a lot of questions lol I finally settled on the Fierce which seems like a great bargain. I originally wanted the $ 40 plan but I didn’t know they had a data limit… go figure. But she talked me into getting the unlimited 4G plan for $ 66 that included insurance which is actually a great deal considering I paid $ 90+ with sprint and didn’t have unlimited data! I did see some familiar workers but also a lot of new ones which is probably why this place seems so much better. I will definitely be back and recommend this store to anyone thinking about coming!

Be aware of their price tags on all new phones. The last time I was there, they were $ 20 more than what was published on metropcs web site. Why? No one knows, not even the people work there.

I should have looked on Unilocal before I went to this location because I am not surprised at the bad reviews. Let me tell you, they are lazy, arrogant, and ignorant customer service people. I will never recommend or patronize this company ever, and I will tell everyone I know how horrible they treated me. I went to this store to buy a phone, and wasn’t helped(even though there was no other customer in sight) until after I stood in front of them(them.meaning…6 reps just sitting and talking to each other) for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement and finally I said, «hello, can I buy a phone?» One person girl said, «yes» and proceeded to cut some paper she was cutting… and never continued helping me. NOONEHELPED. Eventually I got fed up and left. THECLERKSHAVEMAJORATTITUDEANDSTICKUPFOREACHOTHER’S LAZINESS. I don’t even want to talk to people who use METRO, that’s how bad this store made me feel. The security guard is there to protect the people that work there because they are so mean to their customers. Just saying…

This store is the worst have screwed up my account three months in a row, I tried to get my account set up for auto pay, every time I went there the assured me it was taken care of, NOT. this time I spoke to the manager Ms. Brown she right away gave me the I don’t care about you attitude, and did the, there is nothing we can do, you have to go on-line to set this up, never once apologizing that they made the same mistake three months in a row. poor, poor, poor, customer service.

This has to be the absolute worst Metro location ever. You walk in and everyone working there is either giving you a death look or bullshitting(not talking about anything phone related) with other coworkers. Almost every person in there seems to be an angry fat chick… you know, the ones with attitudes for no reason… Anyway, I have been here for various problems and every time the solution is to wait 10 days for them to order something. DOTHEYEVERHAVEANYTHINGINSTOCK? I am talking about this has happened 4+ times! So, this last time, I go in thinking I’m having a battery problem, so the chick tells me I need to buy a $ 40 battery, but, they don’t have any. One of the people working there said«we aren’t allowed to order them anymore» So she sends me all the way to East Palo Alto to buy a battery, and doesn’t offer/bother to call them to ask if they have any in stock… There solution to everything at this location seems to be to have you order some part or replace you new phone with a refurbished one after waiting 10 days, and that’s that. They have NO customer service skills. Besides this, every time I go here I end up waiting forever, only to get some rude clerk who can’t do her job right and you get charged to pay your bill… Even though the EPA location didn’t have my battery, I will be going there from now on because they are very helpful and seem like they like their jobs at that location.

eeek, another bad experience there! i signed up for a plan even though the store was pretty ghetto and didn’t put a whole lot of faith in me… it’s still the cheapest plan around. anyways…i came here wanting to sign up for the $ 40/month plan, and was urged by the employee to sign up for the $ 45 month/plan just for the first month in order to «take advantage of all of the things that come with it». i politely declined and paid the first month’s $ 40 and for the phone as well. after i got home later that day, i received a text message from metro pcs saying that my rate plan had been changed to $ 45/month and to call a customer representative if i had any questions… i called their 800 number and was told that i was signed up for a $ 45/month plan, which i totally did not! the woman told me that although i declined the $ 40/month plan, they signed me up for the more expensive one anyway… what a scam! stay far, far away from this store. i’m not sure if it’s metro pcs itself or this store, but stay far away. the store is the most ghetto thing i’ve ever been in.

place has long lines and sell crap for $ 30 i can get on amazon or ebay for $ 3.99 including shipping… ASFARASTHEYRESERVICEFEESECT, YOUCAN’T BEATIT… AT&T VERIZONECT, RIPOFFS… Metro pcs is no contract and a flat rate monthly… plus I can get all the vids and ringtones I want for free on limewire so, Big props for designing some of the phones to where they can do that, and for metro gps navigator, sometimes I would be lost without it. I have a Motorola Hint QA30 and am extremely satisfied with it, just wish I would have gotten it all cheaper online. 3 stars for no contracts and features on the phones!!! negated the two stars because of the long lines ya gotta go through if you must go down there in person. Also for theyre expensive rates on everything, I just got 4 genuine motorola backup batteries for my phone(for camping trip) on e-bay for around $ 20ALL… In the store this would have been about $ 30-$ 40 each battery!

You would do better to go to a square where pigeons are feeding and just throw the phone application there… and you won’t even have to wait in line to do so. This place is the original Tower of Babel… the idiot who signed us up apparently should go back to ESL training or maybe just go back to third grade… all of the numbers were wrong on the contract so when we paid the bill online a few days ago, they managed to pick up the money at the bank BUT after having the phone cut off and dealing with robots(not those smart ones either) on the phone, it seems the money has gone somewhere but no one knows where… oh yes, it may take up to 72 hours to find it! THISISTECHNOLOGY??? Otherwise, we will be cut off again… do not even try to get customer service on the website… ITISNOTREACHABLE!!!
