The food here is great, which is why I am so sad to have to give it such a low rating. I had a previous great experience here, but this recent one was dismal. The people who work here are rude and unprofessional. The delivery man was downright hostile toward me. Also, I asked for a toasted bagel with butter, and they ignored me completely. The people on the phone were rude and dismissive. I am really unhappy because I love the food so much, but I can’t order from a place that is going to treat me badly and also mess up the orders.

I like this place. I mean sometimes it takes a long time to get your food here due to the high volumes of people during breakfast and lunch time but honestly most the time it’s pretty solid. Their iced coffee isn’t that good but sometimes I get desperate and get it anyway.

I’ve ordered from this place before and it was a bit disappointing but when I decided to try again this morning I figured it was fairly impossible to screw up oatmeal, a bagel and tea. Apparently, it is. First off, the oatmeal isn’t homemade (which they don’t let you know). It’s a microwave quaker oats cup. On top of that, they decided to give me a flavored one that was super sugary meanwhile they didn’t have an option for anything but plain. My bagel came untoasted and without butter as was requested and the tea was cold. Definitely not worth your time. You’ll definitely be disappointed.
