I stopped in yesterday with a problem that i couldn’t figure out on a nexus phone with t-mobile service that i bought online. It turned out to be a simple problem, but after 30 minutes of checking every menu i could think of on my phone, i couldn’t get it to work. I stopped in and asked for some help. the associate manager worked on the phone for a few minutes, got it running. very kind service.

Buyer BEWARE. These people are nice only until they have you. We were turned around blind-folded, told that phones on-line are refurbished(which is a lie), made to pay a restocking fee after trying to return a phone 1 hour after purchasing because they couldn’t get the plans right. Then they gave us screen savers(without us asking for them) and were also made to pay a restocking fee. Disgusted. Thoroughly disgusted. Only gave 1 star because zero was not an option.

I would not recommend this store. I suspect that this is not a corporate store, but an authorized location(meaning they set their own rules, as long as they don’t get caught). This store is pretty shady. They force you to buy insurance when you ask to upgrade/activate a phone. They will say that this optional feature is mandatory. I used to work at a T-Mobile store back in the day and this is how they make extra $$. Why am I so against phone insurance? Because the math doesn’t work. If I was guaranteed a new phone as a replacement, then I would say it’s worth it.

I normally dont do this, but this store is horrible, customers service is bad, went into this store a girl at the front was in her phone(personal call) didnt ask if i needed help, and everyone else was taking care of a customer which is fine, then a guy who finished with his customer looked at me(looked like he didnt want to be there) and didnt ask if i needed help, so I asked him that i needed help, told him I wanted a new phone(jump program) he said he taking paper work to the back and will be right back, he came back and told me to go to the front that he is going to lunch now I waited 5 – 10 min for this guy to come back and now the front was full of customers that had just walked in. There was a gentleman that did work there that was nice but he wasnt there that day but service is horrible here.
