I came here for shorts and to my luck they were on sale. The staff was friendly and helpful in locating my size. Staff was a little pushy in getting me to buy something else. I declined. I tried on the shorts and was ready for the purchase. This is where the A-OK comes in. The cashier was friendly but when I swiped my card and the machine acted as if was not accepting. He swiped my card again and still nothing. He send me to another cashier and she swiped my card 2 more times until it finally went through. At the time I checked my online banking and had 4 transactions pending. She assured me not to worry and they will fall off. I checked my bank the following business day and the 4 transactions posted. I had to call my bank to file a dispute. I should have called the bank at the time I was at the store but there was a long line behind me. If you come here, pay in cash to avoid the inconvenience

I had literally never done outlet shopping in my life before, but I found myself in Rehoboth during the off-season with time to kill, and I needed jeans, so I decided to hit up the Levi’s store. It was a good decision! The prices were a bit better than you typically find at a department store: $ 50 per pair of jeans, $ 80 for 2 pairs, and a bunch of perfectly respectable stuff on clearance for $ 20 or less. Everything was perfectly organized and well stocked. I ended up walking out with 4 pairs of jeans for $ 114: an excellent deal. The service was a mixed bag. I was the only customer in the store, and there were three associates working there. At first, one of them was very helpful, explaining what the sizes meant(they use waist and length for women’s jeans, which is unusual but precise). However, it was hard to find someone to unlock a fitting room for me. The first time was fine, but the second time, I looked all around the store and couldn’t find anyone for maybe 3 – 5 minutes before one of them materialized again. I was their only customer; they can’t have been THAT busy. Still, I suppose it’s better than having someone follow me around and try to sell me things I don’t need. And they were perfectly friendly and cheerful. Anyway, the important thing is that I got an excellent deal on good jeans with a minimum of hassle. I’d go again, but I won’t need any more jeans for a while!
