Sole Kids

Two things preclude this store from getting a five-​star rating. For one, the items are pretty expensive. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, the service isn’t bad but definitely lackluster. The man behind the counter (who may or may not have been the owner) just sat there reading his book as dozens of people came in and out of the shop, hardly looking up and never saying hello. It was a busy Saturday and he looked as if he couldn’t have cared less. If the clothing items in the store weren’t as cute as they were, I probably just would’ve left right away.
That being said, the store really speaks for itself. We were able to get awesome rockstar onesies for our baby girl including an ABCD one that looked like ACDC and a really cool Led Zeppelin one too. The girls’ hair accessories left a lot to be desired. They just had headbands with big honking flowers on it. I like flowers on headbands, but these are massive, so I passed on them. In addition to the onesies, I also got a handful of children’s books. By the time it was all said and done, we had spent close to $ 80 at the store. As we were checking out, the man behind the counter did point us to the sale rack to check out the Led Zeppelin onesie on clearance, which we ended up getting. He also mentioned that he had one of the items that we bought in pink and asked if we wanted it. We didn’t, but it was nice that he finally paid us some attention.
