Speedy Key of Rehobeth

I called Speedy Key at 6:30 pm last Thursday night. They were going to call me back to say when they could have someone come out to unlock my car to get my keys out. After 45 minutes, I called them back and he said he was still working on it and would call me. About 20 minutes later a very nice girl called to say they would be there within 90 minutes. By 11 pm, they still hadn’t showed up and several calls to their ²⁴⁄₇ phone lines I made throughout the evening went unanswered. I ended up calling another company on Friday morning and they had me in my car within an hour. Two of the companies who couldn’t help me on Thursday night actually called on Friday morning to make sure I was okay. I thought that was very professional. I haven’t heard one word from Speedy. Think twice before calling!
